From the moment you step on thier property, until you close the deal and drive off, the customer is dealt with complete respect, the staff are professional,courteous, pleasent, helpful and make every effort to please the customer. Finally a dealer gets it right, as their no bull concept is by far the best business practice in the industry. This is the first time in 43 years I didn't have to argue and get ignorant with a salesperson. My sales person, Rocco Sainato was a pleasure to deal with; asked me what exactly I was looking for, provided a couple of options, was professional, personable,of high integrity and straight forward honest, all while providing excellant customer service. I bought my first used car from a dealership today. I called up wilsonville toyota and talked to Ron Patterson. Ron was very friendly and informative while we talked for a short period of time. I had asked a few questions about a car I was interested in and he was able to get me all the info I was looking for very fast. After I gathered my necessary information I decided to make a trip up to take a look at the car. When I arrived Ron was busy helping out another customer but when told I was there stopped immediately to introduce himself to me and since he was busy with a customer he introduced me to Jeremy Summers. Jeremy was also very professional, I am the type of customer that doesn't like pressure or pushy people trying to hurry me into a decision. Jeremy was very upfront on prices and explained to me the whole process of wilsonville toyota and why they are different from other dealerships. No Bull is their slogan, and I didn't fell misled at anytime Jeremy was very up front about everything in the whole process. After they presented me the details of my purchase we then went on a test drive and Jeremy and I quickly found common ground talking about our kids and growing up playing baseball, I felt like he cared about me and was really interested in making me a happy customer. I was able to buy a 04 lexus IS300 with a 4 year warranty with 2.49% financing. I was shocked that it was so easy to work with Jeremy and Wilsonville Toyota and feel like I was well taken care of and walked away with a great car at a great price. Thank you Jeremy Summers! Samuel met me outside as soon as I got out my old car. As I had already done research online on the car I thought I wanted (2010 Nissan Sentra), he was able to bring me right to it. The route for the test drive was well-planned and gave me a good sense of how the car handled. After I decided that the car was right for me, Samuel talked me through all of the paperwork and explained everything very well. It was such a relief that I didn't need to deal with any price haggling and that I never felt like anybody put undue pressure on me to purchase options which I didn't want or go with a finance option I didn't need. This was my first car-buying experience and I certainly hope that my future experiences will go just as efficiently and effortlessly. More

I drove over an hour to take a look at a used 2008 highlander and will tell you I expected it to be a bust. I really have been fed up with dealers but knew that it was more realistic for me to go that highlander and will tell you I expected it to be a bust. I had already gone through so much junk with two previous dealers the week before that this was really my last straw. To my relief and surprise I was gently greeted (unlike the hungry lions at the other dealerships, making me feel like prey), and offered help by Rocco. Let me tell you, he was the most knowledgable and thoughtful man (I refuse to call him a salesman because he was so much more personable), he truly listened to what my concerns were and instead of avoiding them he addressed them, when appropriate. He was also patient and that was a fantastic surprise. There was no pressure and I truly felt he had my best interest at heart. Rocco was really helpful in so many ways but he was also aggressive in ways that I appreciated. He was able to read between the lines as well which really made this truly the most painless car buying experience I have ever had (I have purchased four cars at different dealerships), and I will be most definitely be recommending them to wilsonville Toyota, but more importantly to Rocco, personally. After visiting three other dealers in the Portland area (including other Toyota dealers) I became exhausted by all the haggling that I thought I had to do and frustrated with the lack of knowledge on the part of the salespeople. Then, on my dad's recommendation, I came to Wilsonville Toyota and met Jeremy Summers. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. Even as I spent hours vacillating between purchasing or not, he remained patient and answered all of my questions. I finally bought the Corolla that I had been eyeing and I couldn't be happier. Everybody's car buying experience should be as pleasant as the one I experienced.
