Turned out I had the wrong bulb, but they gave me the correct one at no charge. The darn installation required removal of the windshield washing fluid tank and two other hoses. But they were as gracious about service as always. Lucas is awesome and so is Rob! I would buy another car from these guys just based on service. More

They were pretty transparent in how they presented the lease info and presented it in the format that I wanted to see it in. I've been to a number of dealers that try to hide crucial lease info like the cap cost or the residual. Wilsonville was straight forward on all elements of the lease. They treated me like I actually knew something about leasing (I've leased 2 Toyotas prior to this transaction) instead of trying to hide key price data like several other dealers did. More

On Tuesday 12/02/14 I brought my 2010 Yaris in for a unusual noise problem, it was found to be that the Fender Well was loose. The problem was handled quickly and efficiently and even though it was a minor problem I was treated the same as had it been more serious.. I also appreciate the friendliness and the feeling that even though there was no charge, my business is appreciated and to come back again. Fantastic Customer Service We came into the Wilsonville Toyota dealership while visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. We had no real intention of buying, rather test dr We came into the Wilsonville Toyota dealership while visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. We had no real intention of buying, rather test drive and then buy while home in San Francisco. Shawn was welcoming, friendly and highly professional, extremely knowledgeable of the cars (we were looking at Highlanders) and spent additional time with us working through the complexities of finding the car we wanted and registering it in California. So, yes we ended up buying in Wilsonville as the service was so good. Shawn also drove to Salem to pick the car up and get it to us that evening as we were leaving for California the next day! Furthermore, we brought our two young children and the dealership has a great playroom and snacks for them as they had to wait while we went through the process. We traded in our old car and we got a very fair price for that. That's expected. What was not expected was that we left some CDs in the car when we left it with them and, when we realized that, we were already on our way to California. Shawn went to our old car, retrieved the CDs and got them to us. That was over and above! Thank you. More

Justin Snodgrass took me for a test drive, answered all my questions, and gave me a price. Because it was my first stop I wanted to do some comparison shopping. I visited and talked to other dealers and also was given pricing. After weighing all the factors I returned to Wilsonville Toyota and Justin to make my purchase. I did receive better pricing from other dealers but felt that paying a little more at Wilsonville Toyota was the best decision. Bottom line is I have purchased many new cars and working with Justin was an excellent experience. He represents Wilsonville Toyota in the manner that we all want our employees to aspire to.
