We saw a Tacoma truck on AutoTrader.com, at Wilsonville, that looked like what we were looking for. Called, and an appointment was set up at our convenience. We arrived later the same day and were greet that looked like what we were looking for. Called, and an appointment was set up at our convenience. We ended up purchasing the vehicle we had called about and traded in the vehicle that we had brought. We are very pleased with the vehicle. We are equally pleased with the treatment of the whole dealership, especially Greg! What a nice young man. He went out of his way to make two older people feel not like customers, but as friends! That is so nice to see, and very much appreciated. Greg was friendly, considerate, and professional. He is quite an asset to Wilsonville Toyota! Even though I was not able to find the car I was looking for that day, Michael kept a watchful eye out. Never once did he pressure me into something I was not going to be happy with. When the car arrive that fit every detail I was looking for, he was on the phone with me right away. Later that day I drove off with my new car. That kind of professionalism and expertize provided me with a level of customer service that I see so few of in most businesses.
