I spent a day and a half with these two guys figuring out which hybrid car to get, which trim level, and whether to buy new or used. Aargh - it's never easy... fortunately they had a great selection and we went on a lot of test drives. They were able to unravel my wants and needs which is not always easy since being a "car guy" I think I know it all :) Scott was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and later his manager Boyce assisted with some creative ideas (and more test drives) to help me get the exact car wanted within the requirements of my personal financial situation and goals. At no time did I feel pressure to complete a deal that I would be less than satisfied with or regret later, and both Scott and Boyce were a pleasure to work with and very professional. It was actually fun! Once I had it figured out, the paperwork was clean and fast with no pressure for extras. By the way, after two weeks I am extremely pleased with my Camry Hybrid XLE.. and loving 38 mpg... in town! Cheers guys... job well done! More
Went in for my first new car purchase. Had a bad experience at Beaverton Toyota and decided to visit Wilsonville instead. Incredibly thankful that we did! The manager greets you right at the door and introduced us to Ronnie, our saleman. Ronnie then took us on a tour of the dealership and offered us coffee and a snack. We looked at some used options and passed. We ended up test driving a brand new 2013 Corolla and loved it. Ronnie went through every possible financial option available, including through our bank. I chose to go with the lease agreement through Toyota because it had awesome perks and great low payment plans. I still cant stop smiling! Ill never buy from anyone else. It was a great/fun day at Wilsonville Toyota. Thank you Ronnie for being friendly/funny/helpful/patient and honest. Come in for some fish and chips and visit me! -Samantha More
Sean was very helpful and it alleviated a lot of stress deaing with only one perosn throughout the entire process of buying a car. Price was very fair compared to other dealers in the area. I have been u deaing with only one perosn throughout the entire process of buying a car. Price was very fair compared to other dealers in the area. I have been using their service department for several years now on my previously owned Toyota, and I will continue to go there for service on the used car purchased despite being of a different Make. Great experience. More

He was incredibly helpful, honest, and did everything he could to help us get what we needed in our price range. We had been looking at used cars around the year of 2005 (because of our budget) and he helped us into a 2012 scion XD. He was very helpful, and they are what they mean! no bull****! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or pre-owned car. More

The shop I used in California was a Toyota certified shop and only ever used Toyota parts, no aftermarket parts here! I wanted to make sure that only Toyota parts were put into the car and was having a hard time finding a repair shop that would do that. Ally was so helpful in getting me scheduled and my clutch replaced! More
Put a deposit on Rav4, they took my money told me they had it in stock. Called me the next day before I was to go a pick it up and told me they had sold it 2 day prior. They still have yet to give me a re had it in stock. Called me the next day before I was to go a pick it up and told me they had sold it 2 day prior. They still have yet to give me a refund. They did not want to correct this mistake; it was not big deal. This was for a 15k vehicle; they tried to bate and switch and upsell to a new Rav4. I was recommeded by others who had purchased from them. They are a major disapointment and do not care that they lost a sell and future sell. More
We have dealt with another Toyota dealership in Portland before, but never had made it to Wilsonville Toyota yet. This past December our lease was up, and they had the best prices around, which brought us before, but never had made it to Wilsonville Toyota yet. This past December our lease was up, and they had the best prices around, which brought us in to check them out. But after our experience with our salesman Jim Cimfl, I think I would have a hard time dealing with anyone else buying a new car. Jim is a genuinely nice guy, making you feel so at ease and almost like you have knew him for years. We had such a great experience with Jim when our lease was up and finding a new Rav4. When it came time to buy a car to replace our 92 Ford Escort a few months later, initially we went to Dodge to buy a Dodge Dart because of the great deals they had been advertising. Let me say that within the first 5 minutes, I was already disappointed in Dodge's customer service and lack of knowledge about the vehicle. It took about an hour and a half just to get a quote on a sheet of paper, and even then Dodge said they wouldn't honor it because it wasn't specific to a certain model, and then we had to suffer through salesman's tactics trying to upsell other models that I didn't want. When I asked about the models they advertised, they said they didn't have any because people don't want to buy them. After the sour taste that Dodge put in our mouth, the only thing we wanted to do was call Jim Cimfl at Wilsonville Toyota and see what they had for the same price range. Okay, it took Dodge 1-1/2 hours to give us a quote on paper, all this time trying to keep our 8 month old baby and 2-1/2 year old son from getting cranky. Any parent knows that this is very stressful situation. On the flip side, my wife called Jim to see what he had available, and he called us back with pricing on their Corolla's for the same price range that we asked, within 5 minutes. 5 MINUTES! We drove down to Wilsonville Toyota next, and Jim was there to greet us. You know what he did as soon as we got there? He asked how the kids were doing, and got our son a fruit snack and a little juice box. How does this relate to selling a car? That's right, it doesn't. Jim was genuinely concerned about how we were doing, and when we were ready, we could look at some cars. We now have a new standard of car salesmanship with Jim, and it will be a tough one to break.
