Sean took care of everything and no getting handed off to half a dozen other people. I would have liked to have seen a little more offered on our trade in but it was close to what I was expecting. It was dark outside when we finished and we didn't notice that there was a little wax on the dash from the prep that didn't come out very well. When we went in the next day to drop off some papers they offered to clean it up real quick for us. They did an awesome job. More

Your parts department was very friendly and helpful, I wish I could remember the two gentlemen whom helped me. They both were Great! They had my moldings, the only place in town! I picked up the part and asked if I might get it installed? The next thing a few minutes later I met Ali. She made me very welcome and soon my car was in the shop! WOW I never met the serviceman, but he did an excellent install on my car, THANK YOU! :-) I will return for more exterior installs next week, looking forward to my visit! Kim's More

I am a long-time Toyota owner and I just had a car accident driving my Camry and needed another car. I wanted to buy a Corolla this time and while doing an Internet search, I found a used Corolla at W accident driving my Camry and needed another car. I wanted to buy a Corolla this time and while doing an Internet search, I found a used Corolla at Wilsonville Toytota that I was interested in. This was the first time I cnsidered buying a car from a dealer, but I needed a car sooner than later and knew of Wilsonville Toyota from their TV ads. I live in Salem and drove to Wilsonville yesterday to look at the car. I was greeted by their friendly employees and then introduced to Scott McKowen. I drove the car, a 2006 Corolla with low miles and it was exactly what I was looking for. Scott was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I really liked that he handled everything the entire time. The whole process took about 2-3 hours. Where Scott really shown was when he offered to drive the Corolla to my home in Salem, as I was driving a rental car. Not only did Scott drive the Corolla, but doing this also involved another employee driving to/from Salem to take Scott back to Wilsonville. I was greatly impressed not only with the great price on the car, but with the whole experience, in particular Scott making sure I had my Corolla that very afternoon. I would strongly recommend Scott and Wilsonville Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used car. I hope I don't need to buy another car soon, but if I do, I will do that at Wilsonville Toytota and ask for Scott! More
We would rate our car buying experience at this dealership as good compared to other dealerships, with a few exceptions. Our car salesman Dan King was very friendly in the beginning. After a test drive and some financial review the car buying experience was going very well. At the point when we needed to talk about actually purchasing or not, Dan became annoyed and pushy like a typical car salesperson. He gave us the "There is only one left, you need to act now" speech. We simply wanted to talk for a few minutes about a $33,000 purchase in private.... Came back to the dealership in 20 minutes deciding to purchase a new Prius and found Dan assisting other customers. Dan quickly pawned us off to another salesperson who guided us through the sale. The sale was complicated by mis-quoted prices by Dan King and the new salesman's unfamiliarity with us and our preferences . The new salesperson was great! The car had to be shipped from Beaverton and arrived within 2 business days. Dan contacted us for pick-up and the process became complicated. Dan was agitated, did not want to go over the new car features and wanted to finish the paperwork process asap and send us on our way. Overall the car buying process at this dealership could and should be quick and efficient, but our experience was unfortunately slow, complicated and left us feeling great about our new car but frustrated with how we got there. My husband took our Tundra into the dealership for a 30k check up, and was told it needed an oil change, which was done already a couple weeks before that, and a couple of things that might cost a couple of check up, and was told it needed an oil change, which was done already a couple weeks before that, and a couple of things that might cost a couple of hundred bucks. That couple of hundred turned into 700 dollars, because they changed the spark plugs, cleaned the fuel injectors, and a throttle body cleaning. We've been since told by a technician at Royal Moore Toyota, that plugs don't have to be changed until 120k miles, and that the other things done were unnecessary on a truck with so few miles. He told my husband he got "hosed". They were kind enough to give him a discount of 97.41, so we only got hosed for 599.95. We won't go back to Wilsonville Toyota. More

My husband and I decided to come to Wilsonville Toyota because of the friendly and prompt service I received just with my inquiries. We ended up buying a 2012 Toyota Venza and had a great experience. Scott was great about explaining all of our options and trying to get us the best deal available that would fit our budget. Once we were finished with all our paperwork Scott took the time to sync my iPhone to my car and show me some of the great features. He was very patitent and more than willing to answer any of my questions I had. My husband has owned over 20 cars since first learning to drive and it was his and my best car buying experience. Everyone was great! If one of my friends were insterested in a Toyota I would tell them to come to Wilsonville hands down! Super easy, no stress, no pressure at all! More

But we returned to Wilsonville Toyota later that day to purchase the Venza that day because they met all our criteria: car that met our needs, best price plus highest offer on our trade-in, and best customer buying experience. We appreciated the one-price approach and the honesty and transparency in the transaction, which Mark Nelsen handled personally, end-to-end. Our overall experience at this dealership matched the level of service of our past luxury car purchases(an Infiniti and an Acura), and the one-price approach was even better. Brad Ostlund, the sales mgr, was extremely helpful when we came back a few days later to get a few adjustments made. Their motto is "do the right thing" and so far, they have. We would highly recommend this dealer. More
