I was looking to purchase a used vehicle, we were driving through the lot and this very personable gentleman asked if he could help us....he wanted to know what kind I was looking for and in what price range through the lot and this very personable gentleman asked if he could help us....he wanted to know what kind I was looking for and in what price range and he found us 2 vehicles that matched our wants....we test drove the first and decided we wanted to purchase this 2012 Subaru Forester........when our financing of this vehicle was out of our budget { because of a credit bankruptcy} he went the extra lengths to help us find a better solution to our needs....he suggested a lease to help us repair our credit and it got us the payment we were comfortable with and I'm now driving the car I wanted in the first place...and it is a brand new Toyota Rav 4 and we both love it. Ronnie made this experience very easy and not at all stressful..I will be sending my family and friends to him in the future...NO BUll!! More

The only reason for my "4" for overall was because I didn't know there was a mile limit to take the shuttle. I needed to get to downtown Portland to pick up my husband's car after leaving min because I didn't know there was a mile limit to take the shuttle. I needed to get to downtown Portland to pick up my husband's car after leaving mine with the Service Dept. for the day. I can understand the need for a limit for the shuttle drivers, however, it seems that with all of the professionals who frequent the dealership and work in downtown Portland, a special exception could be made for that destination. Otherwise, everything else about my experience with the dealership has been exceptional! More

Was looking for a used truck and was told by there online chat that people with ANY credit could get a loan. When we went to the dealer Neil(was a ok guy) told us that with my credit and my wife's credit the chat that people with ANY credit could get a loan.
