We had a lot of difficulty finding a Prius C at any of the local dealerships, and came to Wilsonville Toyota looking for a used Prius instead. When we arrived, we met Neil Barker, who showed the used Pri the local dealerships, and came to Wilsonville Toyota looking for a used Prius instead. When we arrived, we met Neil Barker, who showed the used Priuses available. We didn't like the interior setup of the Priuses, and when we mentioned that we really wanted to be able to see the Prius C (none were available), Neil said that there was one already sold that was still on the lot. He showed us the car, let us drive it around the lot, and then we decided to put a deposit on one and wait for it to come in. After six weeks, our car finally came in. We have always dreaded the car buying process, but Wilsonville Toyota's policies have changed that for us. The experience of buying our Prius C was wonderful, from start to finish, and most of that can be attributed to Neil Barker. He is unfailingly attentive, low key, and a terrific communicator. Being able to stay with him from the very beginning was key, as the more contact we had with him, the more we trusted his judgment and advice. His explanation of the value of the extended maintenance contract caused us to take it, a first for us. Neil is not only the best car salesmen we've ever encountered, but a wonderful human being and a pleasure to be around. More

I previously visited a different dealership and had a mediocre experience. After visiting Wilsonville Toyota, I would say that past experience was actually horrible because I had no idea what I was missi mediocre experience. The service station at Wilsonville Toyota is warm and inviting with a nice aesthetic. I had two main people help me, but others who were near by came over to assist as well. Instead of handing over my keys and being left out of the process, I was able to demonstrate my problem, observe the workers as they diagnosed the issue, and talk over all available options. The team made sure I knew what the issue was, the various ways to fix it, and what each option meant. They communicated clearly. Noticing that my service indicator was on, one young man asked if I would also like to have my oil changed since I was there. It was very convenient for me, so I appreciated his suggestion. In the end, my car was completely fixed, my oil changed, tires rotated, fluids refilled, parts checked, and both inside and outside of the vehicle were washed thoroughly. I was given a very detailed print out of what had been done and the results in a very easy to comprehend, visual format. While I had to pay more than I had hoped, the service attendant did some research and made sure to get me the best deal, so it was by no means unreasonable. The team at Wilsonville Toyota went above and beyond to help me. They were friendly and made the experience very personal. I will absolutely be sure to stop in again next time I need any thing, perhaps a new car in the future! More

This service trip was an oil change/transmission service, but it turned out I had a leaking water pump and there was an ignition coil recall that I was not aware of. Would friendly oil change center have caught these issues? Who knows... Not only did this dealership provide me and my car with excellent service, they have won my loyalty for all future services!
