Great service from the beginning. I called ahead to make sure the car I wanted that was listed on the website was there. When we got there, Jason met us at our car and took us right to the car we were inte sure the car I wanted that was listed on the website was there. When we got there, Jason met us at our car and took us right to the car we were interested in, which they had pulled up so we didn't have to search for it. He gave us time to look it over with no sales pitch, just the information we wanted. When we were ready to buy, there was no haggling, no "asking the manager", just the price as advertised online and on the window sticker. It was great to work with the same person from the time we got there to the time we signed the paperwork and got the keys. Jason also made sure we were comfortable and showed us around the dealership to where the bathrooms and free coffee were, no feeling trapped in a little room in the back, and he even held our baby while we got comfortable. I will look to Wilsonville Toyota first the next time I'm car shopping. More
