Great Sales Service We arrived on a Sunday, and could not find the online staff that was helping me, so Isaac helped us with test drives of the SE, XLE Hybrid, and XLE 20 We arrived on a Sunday, and could not find the online staff that was helping me, so Isaac helped us with test drives of the SE, XLE Hybrid, and XLE 2014.5 Camry's. He was very informative and helpful on various questions we had for him, and was not pushy at all. My partner and I liked the Parisian Blue XLE the most, and price was $4000 less then the Hybrid, so we picked that one. I got pre-approved through Toyota 1 week earlier for there 0% financing program, so that went smooth, except the dealership ran our credit a 2nd time I found out later. So ask them why they do this a 2nd time, when it could lower your FICO score. I declined all the extended warranties he tried to sell, except the extended maintenance plan for $810, which I don't recommend. I later got the money returned to the final payoff amount. Filled out the remaining paperwork and he showed us the finer points of the car and we left. Would recommend Isaac and the dealership to others. More
First Dealership Experience: Fabulous! I am just ecstatic with my experience at Wilsonville Toyota. This was the first time that I've purchased a vehicle through an actual dealership and I I am just ecstatic with my experience at Wilsonville Toyota. This was the first time that I've purchased a vehicle through an actual dealership and I was absolutely terrified. I prepared myself to be pressured, annoyed, and under educated about everything I was doing but I was in for a pleasant surprise from the second I walked in the door. The manager immediately introduced me to Shawn Tracy who would be taking care of me from start to finish and I just knew that I was going to be well taken care of. Shawn and I test drove a 2007 Hybrid Toyota Camry and I was automatically in love but so scared to follow through with the deal since I was giving up my Jeep Patriot. Shawn reassured me that it was a smart buy and that he would be there to answer any of my questions at any time. I ended up catching my breath and making the decision and I am *extremely* satisfied with my car, the salesperson, and the overall service that I've received. Shawn made sure that I got the GAP coverage, a 4 year warranty (on a used vehicle, that's above and beyond my expectations), as well as a little extra cosmetic touch that I wanted--tinted windows :) To express how awesome my experience was... I brought my boyfriend in 6 days later and he purchased a 2011 Toyota Tacoma. Thank you so much for all of your help, Shawn! I will definitely be sending my friends and family your way!! :D More
Easy and super helpful! Having recently moved to the US from overseas, buying a car without a credit history/score was incredibly stressful and difficult. Other dealerships Having recently moved to the US from overseas, buying a car without a credit history/score was incredibly stressful and difficult. Other dealerships were unable to assist me or took advantage of my situation, offering exorbitant prices and interest rates for an unreliable/old car. Shawn from Wilsonville Toyota-Scion was extremely helpful in providing advice and a solution to my car struggles. I got a new Toyota, which is enjoyable to drive and has lots of features including GPS, which is soooo good for me, since I am new to the country and frequently get lost! I was also eligible for certain discounts that made buying a car much more affordable. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Shawn for helping me purchase a car that is comfortable to drive and that makes me feel safe and secure on the road. More

Great dealership experience! Granted I didn't drive off in a new/new to me vehicle, through no fault of theirs, I was pleasantly surprised and relieved by how I was treated there. Granted I didn't drive off in a new/new to me vehicle, through no fault of theirs, I was pleasantly surprised and relieved by how I was treated there. I wasn't treated like a potential dollar sign, wasn't hounded, and definitely was not talked down to like in past experiences. Granted I was unable to drive away with a vehicle, my own unfortunate circumstances are preventing me, but Isaac tried REALLY hard and I greatly appreciate his efforts. Once my circumstances improve, I will definitely be back! More

Service and Customer Satisfaction I first went into Wilsonville Toyota to get information on the Camry, then returned a couple of days later to take a test drive. In the meantime, Mic I first went into Wilsonville Toyota to get information on the Camry, then returned a couple of days later to take a test drive. In the meantime, Michael had sent information on used, later model cars that had come in. The car which I test drove had everything on my wish list plus more, so I bought it. I had a car that needed to be sold, and Michael made that sale possible, enabling me to leave town the next week with all of the transactions completed, to my satisfaction. This was my first experience with Wilsonville Toyota, and I would definitely recommend the dealership and Michael Heatherly to others! More
Good experience, great car We absolutely love the vehicle we purchased and appreciated that there was no pressure put on us by the sales rep to purchase right then and there. Af We absolutely love the vehicle we purchased and appreciated that there was no pressure put on us by the sales rep to purchase right then and there. After thinking about it over night we were able to speak with the same sales rep the next day and complete the process. Colin took the time to explain every little detail and (sometimes twice) to make sure we understood everything. We loved the "no bull policy, we feel like we did a good deal (comparatively) and LOVED that we didn't have to haggle on the price! We would definitely recommend Colin Thompson at Wilsonville Toyota. Thanks Colin!! More
good, not so good, and bad! GOOD--Greg was a pleasant low-key no-nonsense salesman; he found what we wanted in his stock and sold it to us. One week later Colin was able to help us get correct copies of our contract and answer our questions about what went wrong. NOT SO GOOD--Mistakes were made when the contract was printed up and the figures were not the deal we had agreed to and signed for electronically. In spite of their "one price" policy, the price never appeared as the same number on any two pages of the paperwork we received. Greg did not respond when we made an appointment to come in and straighten out the errors. BAD--Another eleven days have gone by and we have not received any paperwork from the Toyota financial services department acknowledging a different payment schedule and amount. More

These cars are in high demand, and they told me they had one coming in early in July, and by giving them the deposit it would guarantee I would get the car. I told them I was leaving town on a business trip, but would be back on July 4th. On July 1 I got a text saying the car was in. I texted back to say I would be in on the 5th to pick it up. I had a buyer for my Honda Pilot so I called my wife to tell her to go ahead and sell the Pilot, and the new car was ready. She sold the car on July 2. I then got a text on July 3 saying oops it really wasn't your car, this despite the fact I had an invoice with the VIN. I had 4 calls on the 5th of July from Boyce Maclaurie. Every time his story was just a bit different so I knew something was up. On the 4th call he finally said, well you don't believe me so I'm just going to run a $1000 credit on your AMEX. So now here I was my car was sold, and the car I had put a deposit on was no longer mine. Through Toyota I received a document called "Dealer Daily" What that document showed was that my Highlander with my VIN was delivered there on June 30 and was sold to someone else on June 30. Mr. Maclaurie spun a story so different from this it is pathetic.I did find a similar car on the other side of town, but the fact of the matter was that Wilsonville Toyota kept my $1000 for three weeks, lied to me what happened to my car, and then tried to make me seem like the bad guy. So I took all of this info and wrote an email to Dave Jachter. He's the "No Bull" you see on their TV ads. A few minutes after sending off the email, I received a phone call from Ron Owens, who identified himself as Vehicle Operations Director. He was very apologetic, and admitted that yes indeed they did sell my car to someone else. I told him I wanted to know if Mr. Maclaurie was a "lone wolf" or was it the corporate culture at Wilsonville Toyota to treat customers this way. He assured me that we would share the email with the boss and get back to me as to why this happened. A week later still no response, so I emailed Mr. Owens. He said Mr. Jachter had been out of the office, but he was going to sit down with him the next day to discuss it. Now three weeks later, still nothing. All of the above are facts that I have backed up with hard copies, phone records, emails and texts. What follows now is just my speculation. Since this car was sold to someone else on June 30th, my gut tells me it's the end of the month and Mr. Maclaurie needs to "bump" up his numbers..he decides to sell my car to someone else, and that he would deal with me later. As for why Mr. Jachter has not gotten abck to me I speculate he's too busy making "No Bull" TV ads. Be very wary if you decide to buy a car at this dealership More
