Bill Graham was great to work with when buying my used Prius. Even though I did not set up an appointment after talking on the phone, he was quick to come out and help me once I arrived. I really like the fact that I only had to talk to one person through the entire 2 hour experience, and that includes test driving! Bill pointed out several features that I didn't know about, and patiently explained every paper that I was signing. At no time did he talk down to me, even though I'm a single female and the car industry in general is known for pointing out the vanity mirrors. The price was lower when compared to other dealers and Kelley Blue Book, and the price advertised was the price paid. Bill was knowledgeable about the market to discuss last year's sales and the delivery date for the 2010 Prius. I am recommending Wilsonville Toyota to all of my friends when they are in the market. My husband and I recently purchased a pickup from Wilsonville Toyota. We had viewed the vehicle online and contacted Don Pendleton to arrange a time to test drive it. We actually arrived a few minutes early for our appointment and both my husband and I thought it was so neat that Don skipped his breakfast so that we could get started. (Although we told him we were in no hurry!) The people at Wilsonville Toyota-Scion have created a friendly, comfortable atmosphere for their current/potential customers. My husband and I immediately felt at home and Don was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. There is no question that we will come back to Wilsonville Toyota the next time we're in the market for a new vehicle! Overall, the trip was worth it-- we couldn't stop talking about what a pleasant car-buying experience it was. The ease at which we were walked through the whole process made us feel well cared for. Wilsonville Toyota is a great place to look (and buy) a new Toyota, We tried the Toyota dealer in Gladstone and they kept telling us they were "our friend" and shoving us over to four different salesmen. Then they sat us down even though we told them that we were just looking and did their best to be "friendly" and to sell us one of theirs. They quickly lost our interest. Then we went to Wilsonville and were completley satisfied. Wilsonville lowest price was a real winner and it "was" the lowest in the area. Thank you Wilsonville Toyota and Jacob Norquist! More
