Best car-buying experience ever! We just wanted to test drive, but ended up buying because we found exactly what we wanted and had such a good "No-Bull" experience. My wife and I purchased a new 2011 Camary from Wilsonville Toyota a couple years back and were so pleased we swore we would return for our next vehicle. I was in the market for 2014 Tacoma so we headed back to Wilsonville Toyota and were introduced to Billy Yi. Who immediately impressed me when he found out we were repeat customers and called our previous sales rep. Most dealerships have employees chomping at the bit to snatch sales from one another. Billy returned and let us know that the previous sales rep was off, but was willing to come in if we wanted. We went will Billy and did not regret it. We drove two seperate trucks and needless to say we were going back and forth on what we wanted, a new 2014 or a 2013 with only a few miles on it. With us was our 2 year old daughter who, threw Billy's pens, messed up his desk, and even played on his computer. Billy never seemed to mind, he was polite, proffessional and patient. We found ourselves talking about lots of other things than just Tacoma's. In the end we went with the used 2013. Billy followed up with me over the next couple weeks and coordinated the service work that was promised to me when I bought the truck (burns in the seats and dash) my work keeps me very busy and I am not always easy to get ahold of. Billy was again patient and walked me through until the service was complete. as to the service, it was fantastic! the work was amazing, you couldnt even see the seat burns and the dash looked brand new. Wilsonville Toyota is a rock solid team and we tell everyone we know. More
Out of the four dealerships we visited, this Toyota dealership was absolutely the most friendly and helpful! From the moment I walked in, Colin listened to my needs and lifestyle. Found the perfect car for me in a short amt of time. He didn't try to change my mind or throw ideas my way to confuse me. No hassle. No 4 hour haggling. No pressure. I LOVED this!!! This was truely the best experience I've ever had. In, out, bought a car, maybe within an hour, if that. So refreshing from the other places. Colin looked over the car, made sure it was in perfect condition before I drove it off the lot. This is the third car I have bought from Wilsonville Toyota and the process gets better every time I go through it. Greg listend to what we wanted, directed us to the cars we wanted, and let us look Toyota and the process gets better every time I go through it. We then only spent about two hours going through the rest of the buying process. We walked out with the car we wanted for an incredible price that was affordable and reasonable. My first visit was to a traditional dealership (Lithia Toyota in Medford) where I was very disappointed with an initial salesman that didn't understand the vehicle options, a second salesman that claimed Toyota in Medford) where I was very disappointed with an initial salesman that didn't understand the vehicle options, a second salesman that claimed not to know about Toyota's cash incentives and a sales manager who claimed my offer was way too low and he needed MSRP to make a reasonable profit. Went on line to Wilsonville and found the car that I wanted with an Internet price more than $1200 less than my offer to Lithia (and roughly $4000 less than Lithia wanted me to pay). Drove there the next day and met with Rochelle who was very professional, knowledgable and personable. Bought the car for the advertised price and was out the door with the car in 2 hours. What a great way to buy a car - highly recommend the dealership and Rochelle! P.S. Impressed by follow-up phone calls to make sure things were OK. More
The dealership called and asked if I was interested in selling my 2008 RAV4, and I said no. I didn't see any way a new car would be better than my existing car, but Savannah persuaded me to hear the spec selling my 2008 RAV4, and I said no. I didn't see any way a new car would be better than my existing car, but Savannah persuaded me to hear the specials, and I agreed to come in. Jason was helpful, knowledgable, and tolerant of my skepticism. He's also very funny. I left with a new car, which astonishes me by being better than my old car. And I'm happy about it. It's the only pleasant, positive experience I've ever had a dealership. I already know they have a great service department, and now I can recommend Jason and the sales people too. More

She made sure that we saw all the cars that we were interested in to be able to make a positive decision and that we all our questions we answered. Originally I just wanted to look at what was available, we didn't bring any money with us and the office manager came down and helped us figure out a solution.
