I went in there to buy a truck for my first time from a dealer. I knew what i wanted and had all my ducks in a row. All the sales men had to do was show me the truck. The first sales men I talked to was te dealer. I knew what i wanted and had all my ducks in a row. All the sales men had to do was show me the truck. The first sales men I talked to was terrible!!! I was pretty much on my way out the door. Then I started to talk to Samuel Nelson. He knew I wasn't very happy at the time. I told him what was going on and he asked if he could give it a shot as to selling me a truck. I was reluctant but said sure why not. The more i talked to him the more i felt like i made the right decision to stay. He went out of his way to get what i asked for and never missed a beat. I wouldn't have did anything different. Great customer service, he was very friendly, from start to finish, and his quality of work was awesome! I was happy with the price of the truck at the end and what I was getting out of it. More
We arrived at the dealership on Sunday Feb 19th due to a reference from Cars.com that showed this dealer had the most inventory of the vehicle make, model, style, and color that we were seeking. Roy Davy quickly and politely accommodated our wish to test drive this vehicle. When done with the test drive we said we needed to go home and consider if we wanted to proceed. We received no blathering sales pitch, just answers to questions we had about accessories to add on to the vehicle. We returned on Monday Feb 20th and had just missed Roy, who was out of the office by the time we arrived at the dealership. Though we had seen the already attractive pricing on the vehicle from Sunday, but were worried that we would now face the uncertainty of the hard core sales pitch and negotiation with a new salesman. Instead, we were referred to Ron Patterson who went and checked to see if the vehicle we were interested in was still there and retrieved it. We then discussed the vehicle, the price, and its features. We also discussed and showed our trade in vehicle. We expected a low ball on the trade in and a knock down drag out over the final price. Instead, we got a very transparent pricing sheet and a better than expected offer on the trade in. We quickly agreed on the everything and moved on to add-ons and accessories. Ron was very informative, cordial, and accommodating. We figured out what we wanted with no hard sales pitch or shell games. We then signed the paperwork, waited for the vehicle to be ready, got the keys, and were on our way with our new vehicle. By far, this was the best car sales experience we've ever had and I'd wholeheartedly recommend Wilsonville Toyota, Ron Patterson, Roy Davy, and their whole team that we dealt with to anyone seeking a new vehicle, particularly a Toyota. More

Wilsonville Toyota is awesome. We were one of the first customers when they opellned, the show room floor was not even finished. The experience was so positive we came back. We owned a Mazda Miata until it got hit from behind and forced under a semi trailer. Needless to say the Miata is dead. We got a rental while we looked for a replacement vehicle. The rental was a Toyota Camry and we really liked it, so we went to Wilsonville Toyota to look for one to buy. This was on the reccomendation of several friends who had also gone to Wilsonville Toyota. We were greeted and introduced to Scott McKowen. He was very perceptive to what we were looking for and showed us a huge selection of used vehicles. The nice thing was he did not pressure us at all to buy. We went back the next week and came across a Prius which had just been put on the lot the day before. This was one of four vehicles we liked. Scott had us list our favorite vehicles and showed us what the cost would be for each and we decided on the Prius. The car had extremely low miles and the previous owner had added a lot of bells and whistles. The other reason for choosing the Prius was gas mileage as my job requires me too be on the road a lot traveling very long distances. We left with a very good vehicle and a great feeling about the car buying experience we had at Wilsonville, especially with Scott. We would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
We brought our car in for a 30,000-mile service. Samuel Nelson showed us the advantages of trading in for new - it was a win for everyone! He was able to keep our payments at the level we requested. We wanted the car paint protected, interior protected, and most importantly, the sealant added to protect from rocks and chips. This was done on our previous car and helped with our trade-in. We were very pleased with the results! Samuel was attentive to every detail and reviewed every function on the car with us. Even though we owned a previous Highlander, it was helpful to review it again, plus check out the new functions. He was very professional and curteous. We appreciated the customer service he provided - quick to answer questions and provide the best options. All in all, it's why we keep coming back to Wilsonville Toyota. I spoke with Don on the phone first. He met me the next morning and we went out to the lot to look at the Rav 4's. He was very knowledgeable about the cars.
