From the minute I started working with Nick on the internet, to second I took delivery of my new (used) car at the dealership I was dealt with professionally and with a great deal of respect. I purchased a used 2001 saturn in great shape that went through a full service inspection and a carfax, and was treated with the same courtesy and respect a customer who was purchasing a 30k Toyota. At no point were any games played, I liked the fact that I started with Nick and ended with Nick no middle man. No negotiations, and he remembered my nephew and my names and treated my nephew very well. I'm deploying to Afghanistan in 10 mo.'s and when I get back I will buy a new Toyota from Nick and Wilsonville Toyota, because I believe that they will not only take care of me now, but in the future as well. -Tony (Beaverton, OR) More
My wife and I visited Wilsonville Toyota because of a used Prius they had in stock. We had been watching the car for over a month; the price started off fairly high (over Kelly Blue Book retail value), used Prius they had in stock. We had been watching the car for over a month; the price started off fairly high (over Kelly Blue Book retail value), but dropped every week or so. Eventually the price fell within our desired range, roughly equal to the KBB private party 'excellent' price. My wife went to look at the vehicle for the first time, alone. Daniel showed her the car and allowed her to not only test drive it, but take it home for the day. Checking a vehicle out for the day is very simple; sign a very short document agreeing to be responsible for damages, provide a copy of your driver's license and insurance, that's it. We weren't able to return the vehicle before the dealership closed, but Daniel didn't mind extending the check out period to the next day. The following day we returned at 8:30am, when the dealership opened. Daniel greeted us upon arrival. This was my first time seeing the dealership and meeting Daniel. I was impressed: they have a huge inventory of new and used vehicles, the facility is well maintained, and the show room/service department are comfortably decorated. We had already decided to purchase the Prius, so he headed directly to a sales desk. The purchasing process went smoothly, but wasn't as streamlined as it should have been. The overall process took about two hours. There were no surprises when it came to a dollar figure; the 'out the door' price was simply the sticker price plus $261 for new license plates, vehicle registration and filing fees. What became very frustrating was the fact that despite paying with cash, we had to fill out a credit application and then sign multiple documents saying that Wilsonville Toyota could give our non-public information to affiliated and non-affiliated companies. Daniel claimed the credit application was so that they could run government-required background checks; I have my doubts. Nonetheless, we were able to get a manager to cross out a few lines on some documents, limiting what information they could share. I required copies of all paperwork we signed in case this becomes an issue in the future. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, the only issue we noted was that the steering wheel was not perfectly centered. Daniel had a free alignment performed while we signed paperwork; sure enough, when we left the lot, the steering wheel was perfectly centered. Thank you, Daniel! Many of you may have heard the Wilsonville Toyota slogan: "No Bull!" This simply means they will not negotiate on price; they claim it's because they have the best prices in the area. As far as I can tell, they truly will not negotiate. I didn't bother trying, as the price was already a great deal. However, if you do see a car you like on their lot and can prove that it is overpriced, by all means bring some proof (other cars currently for sale) and give it a shot! Overall, Wilsonville Toyota has been the most laid back buying experience I've had (this will be car #7 in 10 years). I would suggest visiting them, if nothing else just to compare their sales tactics to other dealerships. More

There was no pressure, and we called Ellie when we'd made a decision. We felt we were given a fair price on the 2000 Camry we traded in, and she found us exactly what we wanted, made arrangements to get it from another dealership, and even delivered the car to us. We felt well taken care of and feel she went above and beyond. We really liked dealing with one person through the transaction, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ellie and Wilsonville Toyota. We liked having a set price and not having to negotiate or be handed from person to person. This was the best car purchasing experience we've ever had. More

My experience with Wilsonville Toyota has been very memorable. It's absolutely true as they advertise. I only had to deal with one person from start to finish. They renewed my faith in dealing with car salesmen. I think that most of us have been there done that where we felt like we were going through open heart surgery with other dealerships. You have to deal with sometimes a half dozen people and then negotiate back and forth until you are almost ready to check into the "Betty Ford Clinic". Not at Wilsonville Toyota... i was in and out in about one hour.. In fact, I was so impressed, I purchased not one, but TWO Camry Hybrids. This is all about relationships and feeling comfortable with the people that you are doing business with.. whether you are buying a car, house or furniture. It's the "NO BULL" approach that is important. They have serviced my cars usually on within my busy schedule. I have actually experienced 62.5 miles per gallon on one of my Camry's (no I was not driving down hill) and still have it documented on my console screen. It is reliable and I have yet to have any problem. When I get ready to purchase another one, I know that I will return to Wilsonville Toyota. More
