Unique sales experience compared to other car dealers I went to. They gave me the best trade offer of the other 3 dealers I went to within 5 minutes of looking at my trade. Other dealers tried to low ball me to see if I was really that stupid, insulted me, etc. The price was also very good - about $500 over invoice, and no BS second sticker with "additional dealer markup"! Why do dealers do that anyway? Do they really think the manufacturer list price is not high enough??? The dealership facility is sqeaky clean and modern and EVERYBODY there was friendly and helpful. Lastly, with all the Toyotas that I've purchased in the past... Rob is the ONLY one that has called me to follow up on my purchase. He wanted to make sure that we were happy with everything. In this conversation I mentioned that we did not receive the spare key that we were promised. Rob recalled that conversation and followed through by making the key available the very next day. My 2005 Scion XB was totaled in an accident and I was looking for a new Scion XB. I went to Royal Moore in Hillsboro and I couldn't get anyone to even acknowledge that I was there I stood around for 30 m looking for a new Scion XB. I was very distraught because I needed to get a vehicle as I needed to turn in the rental this was on a Saturday. On the following Monday I made an internet request with Wilsonville Toyota Scion and within minutes Nick emailed me back. I gave him a call and explained my dilemena he was so helpful and offered me a loaner car at no cost, I went out that afternoon and put in the order for my Elusive Blue XB. When I walked into the showroom I was greeted by the recepionist who let Nick know I was there. I felt very welcome and not out of place at all! I left that afternoon in a really nice Camry with the understanding that I would be able to drive it until my Scion was in. My Scion arrived on Thursday Aug 5th and Nick called my right away to let me know when it would be ready for me to pick up. When I arrived to pick it up again I was greeted as I first walked in. Nick was busy with another client but took the time to take me out to my new Scion and then hooked me up with Don who was great in going over the vehicle with me. Nick also gave me a call this last Saturday to see how I was liking my Scion and if I had any questions. I didn't have any questions but told him I loved my Scion and that my experience was so great and that I really appreciated his help through this ordeal. I was helped by Ellie Treinen, who was very pleasant to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and made every effort to SERVE me rather than pressure me. I don't do pressure, especially at automotive dealers. I work in a customer service oriented profession, and in my opinion, customer service is a self-less act, but it works to build repeat business if executed to serve the customer, on a repetitive basis. That is how my employer has built an unrivaled reputation in their industry, and it appears Wilsonville Toyota-Scion has as well. I would definitely refer a friend to Ellie and Wilsonville Toyota-Scion, and will shop there again when the opportunity arises. I took with me a car that I considered trading in, if it was economically justifiable. They drove the car around the block and checked it out, and in a very short time had both: 1) found all of the key issues (which actually builds credit in my book - I'm the son of a mechanic) and 2) used a very professional system to evaluate the exact market value of the car (which I'm quite sure is a third party system that they invest $$$ in). Their investment in doing this in such a professional manner procured an accurate value of my car, which was actually more than reasonable, and solidified my business with them.
