I am incredibly sorry that we didn't do a very good job explaining things to you. The bottom line is that we can't see in the computer if a car at another store has aftermarket equipment on it. Normally they don't. I understand why you were upset when we told you about the extra equipment. Because of that, we offered to find you another vehicle at the agreed upon price without the aftermarket equipment. We have attempted to contact you multiple times to sort out this problem to your benefit. It's disheartening that our responses haven't even been opened. We were very interested in resolving this with you and apologizing for our error in person.
