Rochelle did a good job with sales. The dealership is terrible and should be ashamed of themselves for allowing me to drive off with an unsafe vehicle. After 35 years of purchasing Toyotas. Wilsonville sold me a "certified" car with 3 nearly bald tires, and ignored the proof I had from my mechanic and Les Schwab, including photos of the tires. They refused to admit that the vehicle did not meet Toyota standards, even though it clearly did not. Luckily I replaced the tires before having an accident, and still find it hard to believe that a dealership would allow me to drive away in a very unsafe car. Corporate Toyota referred me back to the dealership that was dishonest to begin with- hardly a way to serve a loyal customer.. Not only would I never set foot in Wilsonville Toyota, I will probably never buy another Toyota, after this experience. I still feel traumatized. More
