I previously visited a different dealership and had a mediocre experience. After visiting Wilsonville Toyota, I would say that past experience was actually horrible because I had no idea what I was missi mediocre experience. The service station at Wilsonville Toyota is warm and inviting with a nice aesthetic. I had two main people help me, but others who were near by came over to assist as well. Instead of handing over my keys and being left out of the process, I was able to demonstrate my problem, observe the workers as they diagnosed the issue, and talk over all available options. The team made sure I knew what the issue was, the various ways to fix it, and what each option meant. They communicated clearly. Noticing that my service indicator was on, one young man asked if I would also like to have my oil changed since I was there. It was very convenient for me, so I appreciated his suggestion. In the end, my car was completely fixed, my oil changed, tires rotated, fluids refilled, parts checked, and both inside and outside of the vehicle were washed thoroughly. I was given a very detailed print out of what had been done and the results in a very easy to comprehend, visual format. While I had to pay more than I had hoped, the service attendant did some research and made sure to get me the best deal, so it was by no means unreasonable. The team at Wilsonville Toyota went above and beyond to help me. They were friendly and made the experience very personal. I will absolutely be sure to stop in again next time I need any thing, perhaps a new car in the future! More

This service trip was an oil change/transmission service, but it turned out I had a leaking water pump and there was an ignition coil recall that I was not aware of. Would friendly oil change center have caught these issues? Who knows... Not only did this dealership provide me and my car with excellent service, they have won my loyalty for all future services! I bought a car from Wilsonville Toyota in 2009. I came back in 2012 when I needed a new car. I will only buy cars from Wilsonville Toyota. Their "NO BULL" policy they preach is so true. I have seen Wilsonville Toyota's commercials on television for several years and they say NO Bull. I had contacted the dealership via internet and went to the dealership the next morning. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a salesman and when I told him Scott was working on a price for me, he immediately went and got Scott. I dealt with Scott throughout the purchase and was impressed that Wilsonville Toyota lives up to their word. Scott was knowledgeable and experienced. When I realized the truck I was buying was a long bed, I told Scott and he immediately found a short bed for me. He did not hesitate and it did not appear to be a bother to him. He got the paperwork changed and we completed the deal. When I decide to purchase another vehicle, it will definitely be through Wilsonville Toyota. I appreciate the service I received and dealing with one person. Thank you. More
