Sean knows his stuff and if full of excellent and comprehensive information on all of their inventory. I'd been looking at cars for a LONG time and still wasn't sure what I wanted, but knew some of the features I needed and definitely couldn't go without. Sean actually asked ME a lot a questions about what I was looking for, what I'd be using the car for, and my lifestyle needs. He took the time to understand what would be perfect for me and helped me get it - An awesome Rav4!! I love it and am so grateful that Sean made this an easy experience. From kicking tires to final financing Sean made this car shopping trip completely enjoyable. Highly recommended to pay a visit to him! More
The "experience" at Wilsonville Toyota was a mess from the get go. We called earlier in the day inquiring on a specific vehicle that was on their website. A "gal" said it would be waiting up front at noon and to ask for ??. When we arrived shortly after noon, ?? was nowhere to be found. Mark, I believe, was nice enough to track down a "Boyce". All Boyce could do is ramble on excuses as to why everything was unprofessionally unorganized. Next we ended up with Jonathan. Jonathan was a great guy. It was clear that the strong arm BS that existed at Beaverton Honda has now been brought forth to Wilsonville Toyota. Jonathan presented us with a "no haggle" price for our trade-in and for the new vehicle. Neither was what we thought they would or should be. When their TV ads state "no bull pricing" - that's BULL!! Everything turned out to be bull! After this bad taste was left in our mouth, we checked with the Capital Auto Group in Salem. They beat Wilsonville's price by over $3,200 and THAT'S no bull!! I'm sorry to say that Wilsonville Toyota still has that skanky car dealer feel to it and I would not send any of my friends there! More
I have been to a lot of car dealerships and have always despised the way that I was spoken to by the salesmen. Usually, I felt as though they were just looking for me to buy, buy. buy as quickly as possibl despised the way that I was spoken to by the salesmen. Usually, I felt as though they were just looking for me to buy, buy. buy as quickly as possible and had no respect for the fact that I have to live with and pay for this decision for the next three to five years. That is what I expected from my trip to Wilsonville Toyota as well. However, when I got there, every step of the way proved me wrong about my expectations. When Lee greeted me he made me feel as though he was there to help me make a real decision even if buying a new car wasn't what I chose to do. During our test drive of the new Venza he took his time explaining all of the new features-- I had only slightly hinted that the features were most important to me. Whenever I had a question he took the time to make sure that he not only gave me an answer, but that I also understood it. I spend a lot of time in my vehichle as I travel between Greshem and Salem for work. So, being able to make phone calls with ease and all of the in-screen navigation options will make my life a million times easier. PLUS- I don't have to worry about getting a ticket for talking on a cell phone. (something that previously worried me as my blue tooth would sometimes die but, I like to stay available to take my customers phone calls.) Over all, I was really surprised by the experience and will be telling any of my friends in the market for a Toyota or Scion to go there! And see Lee!! More

After leaving my toyota at this car dealership for an entire day for service, I picked up my car to discover a large "J" shaped crack in the middle of the windshield. The service manager claims that the entire day for service, I picked up my car to discover a large "J" shaped crack in the middle of the windshield. The service manager claims that the crack was probably created because there was a small rock chip (which he claims to have found by which was not visible to the naked eye) and by the pressure created when closing the door. I have never heard a bigger bunch of baloney. Will never go back to this dealership again and will let everyone know not to go there as well. More

Wilsonville Toyota (WT) is the only dealership I deal with now, and having Scott there is a big plus. We have bought four vehicles from WT; two Land Cruisers and two Rav4's. Three of these vehicles were with now, and having Scott there is a big plus. We have bought four vehicles from WT; two Land Cruisers and two Rav4's. Three of these vehicles were delivered by Scott. We like knowing WT's price going in, and Scott makes the effort to have information on availability, ballpark payment, payoff, and so on ready when we arrive at the dealership. I especially appreciate that Scott will let us know if there is a good deal on a vehicle he knows we like. If we just show up without warning and want to look at a vehicle, Scott will quickly assemble information about it so we can make an informed judgement. I have found experienced good information flow from the owner, sales staff, parts staff, and service staff. That's why we buy from WT, and particularly from Sott. More
