I wish I had more to say here other than, I'm sorry. We really dropped the ball in your case and I sincerely apologize for attracting you up here only to deliver this poor level of treatment. Thank you for giving us that first opportunity to earn your business. We should not have treated it so lightly. I also want to thank you for alerting me to these issues so we can take corrective action and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
