Of the three dealerships we visited Wilsonville was the most customer friendly. We almost did not visit Wilsonville because another dealership made us an offer that was going to be difficult to top, but we stuck to our plan and visited anyway. The staff at Wilsonville was clearly interested in us getting the best deal and after looking at the numbers recommend that we purchase from the other dealership. The experience was so good that we were actually a bit sad we did not make the purchase from them. We WILL, however, get all our service done at Wilsonville! More

Red-Carpet Service and that's No-Bull! We went back to this dealership, and Billy specifically, due to the positive experience we had previously. Just when we didn't think things could have been any better, Billy provided a red-carpet experience for us which allowed us to stop in briefly to authorize a credit check, so that we could continue with our plans for the day. Within hours, the exact car we desired, had been located, retrieved, cleaned and driven to our house for delivery and final paperwork. With this level of service, and our surprise on "raising the bar", I can't wait to see how our experience will be on our next car, which will most assuredly be at this dealership and with Billy as our salesman. My father and my Aunt have purchased Toyota's in the past and had nothing but great things to say about the cars so we went to check out the Prius-C which we had been looking at for weeks and were very happy with the car and Colin was a tremendous help to us. Everything from the test drive to the filling out of paperwork and the help with dealing with our trade-in and questions was exceptional. Wilsonville Toyota This was the first time we had ever gone to Wilsonville Toyota. It was a drive for us. We live in SW Washington. But, in the end, it was well worth th This was the first time we had ever gone to Wilsonville Toyota. It was a drive for us. We live in SW Washington. But, in the end, it was well worth the drive .After dealing with local dealerships and salespeople who were extremely pushy and rude, we were ready for a change. We made 2 trips; with the intention of 'shopping'-not necessarily purchasing. All of the salespeople were very friendly and extremely helpful. Michael was more than patient with us, as we could not make up our minds...we intended to purchase a used Highlander; but ended up with a brand new one!! He took us step by step through the entire process. He answered all of our questions and made us a deal we couldn't refuse. He showed us it was cheaper in the long run to buy a new vehicle @ zero percent interest (for 5 yrs) rather than purchase a used vehicle @ 1.9 percent interest (for 6 yrs)...now we have a new vehicle that is currently the same price as a used vehicle would have been then but with all the perks of a warranty, maintenance-Toyota care for 2 years, something we wouldn't have gotten with a used vehicle. So, thank you Michael for putting up with us and making the entire purchase/process a good one! More
