Good experience, great car We absolutely love the vehicle we purchased and appreciated that there was no pressure put on us by the sales rep to purchase right then and there. Af We absolutely love the vehicle we purchased and appreciated that there was no pressure put on us by the sales rep to purchase right then and there. After thinking about it over night we were able to speak with the same sales rep the next day and complete the process. Colin took the time to explain every little detail and (sometimes twice) to make sure we understood everything. We loved the "no bull policy, we feel like we did a good deal (comparatively) and LOVED that we didn't have to haggle on the price! We would definitely recommend Colin Thompson at Wilsonville Toyota. Thanks Colin!! More

One week later Colin was able to help us get correct copies of our contract and answer our questions about what went wrong. NOT SO GOOD--Mistakes were made when the contract was printed up and the figures were not the deal we had agreed to and signed for electronically. In spite of their "one price" policy, the price never appeared as the same number on any two pages of the paperwork we received. Greg did not respond when we made an appointment to come in and straighten out the errors. BAD--Another eleven days have gone by and we have not received any paperwork from the Toyota financial services department acknowledging a different payment schedule and amount. More

These cars are in high demand, and they told me they had one coming in early in July, and by giving them the deposit it would guarantee I would get the car. I told them I was leaving town on a business trip, but would be back on July 4th. On July 1 I got a text saying the car was in. I texted back to say I would be in on the 5th to pick it up. I had a buyer for my Honda Pilot so I called my wife to tell her to go ahead and sell the Pilot, and the new car was ready. She sold the car on July 2. I then got a text on July 3 saying oops it really wasn't your car, this despite the fact I had an invoice with the VIN. I had 4 calls on the 5th of July from Boyce Maclaurie. Every time his story was just a bit different so I knew something was up. On the 4th call he finally said, well you don't believe me so I'm just going to run a $1000 credit on your AMEX. So now here I was my car was sold, and the car I had put a deposit on was no longer mine. Through Toyota I received a document called "Dealer Daily" What that document showed was that my Highlander with my VIN was delivered there on June 30 and was sold to someone else on June 30. Mr. Maclaurie spun a story so different from this it is pathetic.I did find a similar car on the other side of town, but the fact of the matter was that Wilsonville Toyota kept my $1000 for three weeks, lied to me what happened to my car, and then tried to make me seem like the bad guy. So I took all of this info and wrote an email to Dave Jachter. He's the "No Bull" you see on their TV ads. A few minutes after sending off the email, I received a phone call from Ron Owens, who identified himself as Vehicle Operations Director. He was very apologetic, and admitted that yes indeed they did sell my car to someone else. I told him I wanted to know if Mr. Maclaurie was a "lone wolf" or was it the corporate culture at Wilsonville Toyota to treat customers this way. He assured me that we would share the email with the boss and get back to me as to why this happened. A week later still no response, so I emailed Mr. Owens. He said Mr. Jachter had been out of the office, but he was going to sit down with him the next day to discuss it. Now three weeks later, still nothing. All of the above are facts that I have backed up with hard copies, phone records, emails and texts. What follows now is just my speculation. Since this car was sold to someone else on June 30th, my gut tells me it's the end of the month and Mr. Maclaurie needs to "bump" up his numbers..he decides to sell my car to someone else, and that he would deal with me later. As for why Mr. Jachter has not gotten abck to me I speculate he's too busy making "No Bull" TV ads. Be very wary if you decide to buy a car at this dealership More

I was informed it was a hard truck to come by so when I went in the next Monday to do some test drives and was told they had found the pick up I was looking for I was shocked. They got me a test drive of another pick up and offered to let me drive one that one of the employees had purchased already. They made the buying process easy to understand and easy to get threw and just the over all professionalism and friendliness that Gregg and everyone showed once again to my family was amazing. More
quick and easy that after looking for cross over vehicles for 4 months we had settled on a toyota rav4. when we got there we met up with Gregg and he started showin that after looking for cross over vehicles for 4 months we had settled on a toyota rav4. when we got there we met up with Gregg and he started showing my wife and i threw a bunch of the rav4s. After deciding on the specific vehicle we liked and wanted we had no issues sitting down and starting the purchasing process because of their "No Bull" policy. The prices there we over 4000 less then all the other dealerships we had gone to already. Gregg made the purchase quick and easy as well as comfortable, by offering us drinks while we had a short time waiting. After all the i's were dotted and the t's where cross they walked us outside to our new 2014 rav4 and showed us a little more of the features and set us up with appointments to finish with the few extra features we had asked for. We highly recommend this dealership and Gregg to whoever is planning on buying any kind of Toyota purchase they plan on making. More
No Stress Purchase I have always been a ford girl my whole life. I was interested in getting into a smaller truck than a full size. I was worried about price and what I have always been a ford girl my whole life. I was interested in getting into a smaller truck than a full size. I was worried about price and what I could afford monthly. When I went to Wilsonville Toyota, Jennifer put me right at ease. She showed me every truck on the lot and explained what they came with. She had me test drive one, and I was hooked. Then she found one online for me. I was offered a fair trade in for my car, but they offered to put it up on Craigslist for a week to see if I could get more. I was so busy with work, so they offered to clean the car, take pictures and post it. Colin posted the car on a Sunday and it sold at 8 am the next morning. Jenn took care of the whole process. She scheduled my first checkup, made sure I was comfortable in their lounge, and did all the paperwork. The financial dealer helped with a plan I could afford and matched my bank's rate. I almost feel like it was dealing with a family. Today I received a follow up call to make sure I knew how to work all the options. I would definitely go back there and deal with Jenn Stevick. Also a shout out to Elliott for showing me around at closing time, Boyce Maclaurie for introducing me to Toyota, Ron Owens and Josh Von Ruden for their professionalism, Colin Thompson for his help selling my other car, and Kevin Hoffman for scheduling my appointments. Absolutely the Very Best My wife bought a Rav4 from this dealership a year ago and I had previously bought a vehicle from a different dealership. I soon realized what a very My wife bought a Rav4 from this dealership a year ago and I had previously bought a vehicle from a different dealership. I soon realized what a very big mistake I made and how fortunate she was too step into Wilsonville Toyota. The employees were all extremely friendly and helpful. Each and everyone going out of his or her way to make sure that everything was taken care of in a professional and friendly manner. There was absolutely nothing that was over-looked in the process of my wife's 1st car purchase on her own. I was extremely impressed!!! An opportunity recently presented itself which I felt a need to take advantage of and I'm glad I did. I went in expecting nothing to happen but once again, I was wrong! Sam Lindekugel and the employees under the umbrella of Wilsonville Toyota took charge and lead me through THE EASIEST car deal I had ever gone through. I virtually did nothing except explain what I was looking for and Sam made it happen. Now I am able to smile along with my wife as we enjoy the vehicles that we purchased from Wilsonville Toyota but above all else, it is the pleasure of knowing individuals like Ron Owens and Sam Lindekugel who made us feel like a friend and not a customer. I could go on and on about everything that went on that day but I spent a few hours on the computer last night expressing everything from A to Z about My wife's experience last year and mine just a few days ago. What amazes me is that when I walked in ready to do business, Ron came from around the desk and greeted us by name and just began talking with us. Not about buying a car but rather a genuine concern about how things were going in our lives. Ron turned us over to Sam and that was a blessing in disguise. Sam was a very kind, friendly and warm individual who had a sense of humor that all tied in with his professional side. A very well rounded individual who was extremely helpful and well versed to answer any questions that we had throughout this endeavor. He never once hinted at the fact that it couldn't be done but rather how much we'd be happy with our purchase when we were done. A true vote of confidence from him where confidence might have been lacking on my part. My wife and I were amazed at how fast the process was and were stunned when he came to us and gave us the key at which time he asked if we needed anything while they prepared our new car. I was like - "WHAT THE FRONT YARD JUST HAPPENED?" I was and still am very excited about the entire experience which took no time at all. I will be glad to share this experience with anyone and highly recommend Wilsonville Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Not only will they walk away with a great experience but they will have met some of the most upstanding, professional and friendly people they could ever hope to meet. AND THAT'S NO BULL Dave, our compliments and most sincere appreciation to you and your Team!! Mike and Laura More
Peace of mind Fantastic service, I've been going here for years and will continue to as long as I live in the Portland area. The typical thought process when it Fantastic service, I've been going here for years and will continue to as long as I live in the Portland area. The typical thought process when it comes to car service (in my experience) is to make sure to get second opinions, make sure to do your research, ask lots of questions. To generally not trust the diagnosis given unless you really know what you're looking at. Every time I've done that with the people here it has been a waste of time. This isn't the kind of place where you need to do that. The car service here is great, especially for the people who don't know how to work on their own car, and don't have the time to learn. The reason this place is great for them is because they can have peace of mind coming here, knowing that the information they receive and the work that is done is accurate and necessary. I've had basic services like oil changes, filter replacements and spark plug replacements done here. Also I have had oil leaks repaired, an air conditioner replaced and probably things I don't remember as well. Every experience has been a good one, they always do what they can to make sure you can get the work you need done. Everyone down here is great, Darren, Ricardo, Don. It's worth the trip if you don't live in Wilsonville, and when the service is going to go long they will give you a ride, or a loaner car. You won't regret coming here. More

I understand that the dealership is a business and, as such, is out to turn a profit, but at no time did I ever feel that I was getting an unfair shake. I was also able to easily find a great vehicle from the wide selection of inventory on site. More
