Being approved and setting up the financing and additional service options was stress free. Sean explained all of the paperwork and it was a relief to know they handle all of the DMV documents. However we decided to make the drive up to Wilsonville to look at a few more cars. Right off the bat we were more comfortable at Wilsonville Toyota then any of the other dealership we visited. My wife had no idea what she wanted in a car or what she was looking for. We worked with Jay Serhan giving him little more then price, what colors my wife didnt want, and what type of car she didnt want. In less then 30 minutes he had her test driving the car we ended up buying. He listened to what she was looking for / not looking for, he didnt push on the price, and his knowledge of the current inventory got us in to a car we both loved in no time at all. He is definitely capable of explaining specifics into buying a car to any Spanish or English speaking individual. Colin was also able to find other discounts that we qualified for. We are very happy with our new RAV 4 and I certainly look forward into buying a new vehicle in the near future and once again using my college graduate discount.
