Stress-Free and Easy My wife and I had always assumed that the experience of buying a car at a dealership would be stressful and tedious. Mark Nelsen and Wilsonville Toyota put those assumptions to rest. In November of 2014, we finally decided to give up our 2003 Toyota Matrix to see if we can trade it in and finance a newer car. After only a few hours, we drove away in a 2012 Toyota Camry that had only 30,000 miles. Mark Nelsen worked tirelessly that day handling all of the details including all of the financing making sure that we had a monthly payment that was reasonable within our budget. His salesmanship, knowledge, sense-of-humor and laid-back approach made us feel at ease every step of the way. But that’s not the end of the story. In March of this year, my wife and I realized that sharing one car was not working for us. We called Mark to see if we can trade in the Camry and finance two cars at a rate that would only increase our monthly payment by $200. Believe it or not, after a lot of legwork, he figured it out and was able to sell us a 2004 Camry with 90,000 miles and lease us a brand new 2015 Corolla. I’ve never seen someone work as hard as Mark did that day. He checked in with us every step of the way making sure that the numbers worked. And, just like last time, his stress-free and easeful approach to the whole deal made us feel right at home. I would recommend Wilsonville Toyota to anyone. It’s so easy because you ONLY deal with one person who handles every stage of the sale. We’re very grateful that Mark Nelsen was that person for us. More

He was patient, kind, funny, and helped my mother and I go exhaustively over every conceivable mode of getting my car: We went over financing vs. leasing, warranty vs. no warranty vs. lesser warranty, money down vs. no money down and he never got tired of helping us. I ended up driving away in a Toyota Carolla LE Eco and I've been on cloud nine ever since. This is the first new car I have owned and my peace of mind knowing that no matter what comes I am taken care of is worth every penny! I definitely recommend Wilsonville Toyota and in particular Scot. I will be returning when and if the time comes to trade in and up:) More

Unbelieveable! , and not in a good way. I took my 4-runner in for repair. I had a $300.00 pair of sunglasses that were in the center console of the vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle just I took my 4-runner in for repair. I had a $300.00 pair of sunglasses that were in the center console of the vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle just over a week later when the repair was done. The sunglasses were gone. They were never found. This is not something I would have ever expected to happen. I would not recommend taking your vehicle in if this is the kind of thing that is going to happen. If you do decide to take your vehicle there, make sure you remove all of your personal belongings. A shame. More
