After SEVERAL visits, she and I decided we would motor a few miles up the road to Wilsonville Toyota. We are SO GLAD we did. Their advertisement emphasizing "No Bull" was spot-on. Working with Jay made it all so easy. Yes, there were some numbers we had to crunch, and options we had to decide upon, but it came without all the extended waits when a "manager" is shuffling paperwork in another room. Service Department I bought my car from Wilsonville Toyota so I decided that I would like to have all my maintainence and car care done there too. I'm so glad I did because they're friendly, helpful and take really good care of my car. I have had two maintainences done on my car and some scratches buffed out. The person who buffed out the scratches even buffed out some that I didn't know about. Plus, they vacuumed the car and washed it. Wilsonville Toyota go above and beyond the expectations to satisfy their customers. Great job! I'm very satisfied! More

Ask For Bob! Overall an outstanding customer experience. After dealing with a few dealerships where I wasn't quite ready to buy the car I had been looking into, an Overall an outstanding customer experience. After dealing with a few dealerships where I wasn't quite ready to buy the car I had been looking into, and getting offered cars and financing that I was not interested in, I really do have to say they actually do things differently here. My financing was very clearly explained, and they went about running my credit in a very professional and formal manner, which other dealerships did not do. Working with Bob was fantastic, and while the financing was happening behind the scenes he was a great personality to speak with, and was very clear and punctual about the details on financing my car. This was my first car purchase from a dealership, and it was truly excellent. I felt well treated compared to my experience at other major dealers. It's worth mentioning the 2010 Corolla LE I purchased is in great condition, aside from a few goldfish crackers and a wrapper I found in the center console. Not gonna ding them for that. Thanks, Bob! Fantastic Service Department As funny as it sounds I take my 2006 Honda Ridgeline to Wilsonville Toyota for my service. Why not go to a Honda shop? It's simple. The people!!! I have had nothing but top notch service writers every time I have been there. My last experience was for a brake service and even though I was driving a Honda in there they made sure I got the sales price on the service (they even put Honda brake pads on). Not only was Gletsy great and kept me informed of the progress but he even found a few other places for me to save some money. Additionally, the Service Director came out to great me and make sure I had a top quality service experience. I highly recommend Wilsonville Toyota for vehicle service needs. More
