actually was going in for service on 2012 Toyota, and we ended up purchasing new truck, we were really happy with the deal and the sales people. ended up purchasing new truck, we were really happy with the deal and the sales people. More
We have gone to many, many dealerships over the last 15 years to buy a vehicle and have always come away with either buyers remorse, a sense of being taken advantage of, or generally unimpressed with our p years to buy a vehicle and have always come away with either buyers remorse, a sense of being taken advantage of, or generally unimpressed with our purchase. Sometimes the vehicle we chose was based on what we could afford, but none the less, we always walked away from the experience swearing we would never do it again. The last dealership we purchased from had shady tactics at best, and we often heard the phrase "I don't know if we can do that. You are getting a good deal here; it is us who are getting taken advantage of" or my favorite "let me talk with my manager and see if I can convince him to help you". We were frustrated, discouraged, and disgusted with how we had been treated. When it was all said and done, we were sold an new-ish shiny lemon for us to drop 5 visits to the repair department in 5 months, as well as money we didn't have at an interest rate we didn't like or want. We had heard about Wilsonville Toyota from a friend of mine who is very skeptical and usually sees only negatives in buying a vehicle. Not only did he like the experience, he stated he would buy his next vehicle there. So my wife and I came down thinking we would have to suffer with our vehicle for another year or 2 before we could do anything. Rochelle met us in the parking lot and before we started to look around, she asked the right questions, put us at ease, and said she would see what could be done. After a very, very short time she had a good estimate on our vehicle, and though we had some negative equity, got us into a barely used Jeep Compass that we LOVE. The interest rate is the best we have had period. The terms were great, and the payments are very manageable. Throughout the whole experience, Rochelle listened to our frustrations and issues, and constantly made sure that the moves were were making were good for our budget and that we felt comfortable, and put absolutely NO pressure on us to either buy or to walk away. Even while we waited for the paperwork to be drawn up, my wife was asked by 4 salesman, someone at the customer concierge counter, and 2 people from the parts department if she was comfortable, needed anything, or if she would like coffee, tea, or water to drink. It was AWESOME and in addition, the process took no longer than 3 hours from pull up, to drive away (most of that due to us telling our frustrations I am sure :) . We have never been treated so good and it is obvious to me that everyone truly cares, not just the front that the slimy sales team or the 1 manager who is trying to force customer service on people like at other dealerships we have been to. Rochelle is professional, incredibly kind, and watches out for the customer. I have never been treated so good as I have at Wilsonville Toyota and by Rochelle directly. I am never, EVER going anywhere else. Why waste the time? What I have found here with Rochelle is how buying a car should be and I personally am going to recommend Rochelle to friends, family, coworkers, and anyone else that will listen. Thank you Rochelle for all your hard work! Best Regards and Warmest Wishes, Ryan and Laurie Canney More
I received a call from Greg one of the sales guys. He said they were interested in buying my car from me. I had already scheduled a 50k warranty / service checkup for later that day. Weary about doing an said they were interested in buying my car from me. I had already scheduled a 50k warranty / service checkup for later that day. Weary about doing another transaction with this dealership (I will explain this later) I decided to go in, and crunch some numbers anyway. I'm not one to hold grudges against anyone. The first transaction (Bought a 2010 Corolla) I was dealing with a sales guy name JR. JR didn't really explain much, and he really rushed everything. He really didn't seem to really care what type of vehicle I was getting or if I was really happy with it. I went from a 2003 Tahoe Z71 4x4 so going from that to a basic car was a huge deal for me. The 2010 corolla was "Certified Used" it had 26,400 miles on it when I got it, it already had bald tires, and had a minor ding on the rear back bumper which you couldn't see just by glancing at it. He kept saying "It's better than new" so I didn't really look it over and that's my fault. I've never had a car that new and that young in its life so again, my fault for not looking it over. After about 2 weeks I had it, the drivers side rear tire bulged out and popped. I was not happy to say the least cause I found out the rest of the tires will need to be replaced soon within the next 5 to 10k miles. I wasn't going to call the dealership and complain because who has ever seen a dealership after 2 weeks ever do anything about something like tires regardless what condition the vehicle is in. The 30k mile checkup was due. pretty quick. (My commute is 33 miles one direction per day this is why I wanted out of the Tahoe. 12mpg vs 34 lol you do the math) JR kept telling me during signing how awesome and wonderful the warranty I got was and told me its a no worry warranty. everything is covered. kept saying that over and over again. this is another thing that really irritated me... Misrepresentation of said warranties. come to find out, it was just a prepaid maintenance 55,000 mile "warranty" so smiles went to a frown during service pretty quick. after that was over with, I went on with life. A couple of days ago, when I was in for the 50k checkup on the 2010 corolla, I met Greg. Dude was awesome. From start to finish, it seemed like the guy actually cared. Was night and day dealing with this guy vs JR. I was glad to hear that JR left a long time ago. I figured i'd give this guy a shot. We sat down and talked for a few minutes then went and looked at a couple of cars. First the new camery then the new corolla. Very long story short, we crunched some numbers, I picked out the car this time, and they wrote it up. He explained everything in great detail. The 2014 corolla is a complete redesign and now it is completely awesome. This is the first time I've ever bought a brand new car and Greg did a great job with making the experience a positive one. He removed all of my ill feelings single handedly. Just goes to show you don't base everything on one single transaction. Greg and everyone else I talked to that day was extremely awesome. Boyce for a bean counter :) is awesome and awesome at his job. he remembered me from the first time I showed up with the Tahoe. Nice to be welcomed every time you come in and have a personable experience because the people are good at what they do. More
We brought our 2009 Toyota Highlander in for regular maintenance. Greg made us an offer which after some serious discussion we decided to buy a new 2013 Toyota Highlander. We found all of Greg's promise maintenance. Greg made us an offer which after some serious discussion we decided to buy a new 2013 Toyota Highlander. We found all of Greg's promises to be true. We love this new Highlander as much as our previous two. We appreciated Greg's honesty and patience in negotiating our deal. We have already recommended him to friends and family. More
I was preparing to buy a new 2014 Toyota Tundra within the next 2-3 weeks from my local Toyota dealer. I was driving by the Wilsonville Delaer on the way to a meeting and decided to stop in and burn up a the next 2-3 weeks from my local Toyota dealer. I was driving by the Wilsonville Delaer on the way to a meeting and decided to stop in and burn up a few minutes. Billy Yi greeted me and welcomed to his dealership. Billy didn't have the truck I was looking for so he took my info and said he would get back to me and he did.. I was still trying to give my local dealer a fair opportunity to have my business but they were not even close to showing the same interest in what Billy was doing; looking all over in a 200 mile radius searching for the exact truck I was looking for. Long story short, Billy and his staff found the exact truck delivered it to me 50 miles from the dealership for a very fair price... I would absolutely do business with Billy and Wilsonville Toyota again!! More

Stopped by the dealer ship to look at a SCION TC. Took it for a test drive and enjoyed the car but wasn't sure that it fit my need. Michael took us inside and ran some numbers and we decided to think on it. for a test drive and enjoyed the car but wasn't sure that it fit my need. Michael took us inside and ran some numbers and we decided to think on it. On the way back out we decided to look around the lot and started looking at the Toyota Camry's. We were free to look at our leisure. After looking we went back inside to speak with Michael. He had another customer and turned us over to Colin. Long story short we wound up driving home in a new Camry. Great people, good dealership. Would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a Toyota or Scion. More
I was forced to look into purchasing a new car well ahead of the timeline I had for doing so. After a visit to a Nissan and Honda dealerships I visited Wilsonville Toyota. By the time my experience was compl of the timeline I had for doing so. After a visit to a Nissan and Honda dealerships I visited Wilsonville Toyota. By the time my experience was completed I am able to say I had the most pleasant, enjoyable and satisfying new car purchase I have ever had. I met Joey Ferranti within seconds of walking up to the dealership and was immediately taken in by his sincerity and engaging personality. Joey listened to all my needs and concerns and went above and beyond my expectations in making certain all my needs were met. Because I was ahead of schedule concerning a new car purchase I was focused on financing the purchase in a way that would not put our budget under stress. Joey steered me towards a "lease" option that worked beautifully for our budget. I couldn't have been more pleased. As far as being a car salesman Joey is not the typical sales "pusher" but a true "Customer Advocate" as the staff at Wilsonville Toyota is described as. I felt Joey and the dealership were genuinely looking out for my best interests. I highly recommend Wilsonville Toyota and Joey Ferranti....both are class acts. More
