My first visit was to a traditional dealership (Lithia Toyota in Medford) where I was very disappointed with an initial salesman that didn't understand the vehicle options, a second salesman that claimed Toyota in Medford) where I was very disappointed with an initial salesman that didn't understand the vehicle options, a second salesman that claimed not to know about Toyota's cash incentives and a sales manager who claimed my offer was way too low and he needed MSRP to make a reasonable profit. Went on line to Wilsonville and found the car that I wanted with an Internet price more than $1200 less than my offer to Lithia (and roughly $4000 less than Lithia wanted me to pay). Drove there the next day and met with Rochelle who was very professional, knowledgable and personable. Bought the car for the advertised price and was out the door with the car in 2 hours. What a great way to buy a car - highly recommend the dealership and Rochelle! P.S. Impressed by follow-up phone calls to make sure things were OK. More

The dealership called and asked if I was interested in selling my 2008 RAV4, and I said no. I didn't see any way a new car would be better than my existing car, but Savannah persuaded me to hear the spec selling my 2008 RAV4, and I said no. Jason was helpful, knowledgable, and tolerant of my skepticism. He's also very funny. I left with a new car, which astonishes me by being better than my old car. And I'm happy about it. It's the only pleasant, positive experience I've ever had a dealership. I already know they have a great service department, and now I can recommend Jason and the sales people too. More

Rochelle was very nice and helpful, she made sure that all our questions we answered. She made sure that we saw all the cars that we were interested in to be able to make a positive decision and that we all our questions we answered. Originally I just wanted to look at what was available, we didn't bring any money with us and the office manager came down and helped us figure out a solution.
