This last service was great and friendly as usual, though they forgot to reset my "needs oil maintenance" alert which is mostly just annoying and they didn't put in a new "needs service" sticker for my next service time. Not happy with experience I took my new RAV in to have a clear bra installed and I assumed Wilsonville would wash the entire vehicle before applying the Clear Bra. Well in m I took my new RAV in to have a clear bra installed and I assumed Wilsonville would wash the entire vehicle before applying the Clear Bra. Well in my case, Wilsonville Service must have only spot washed the areas where they were applying the Clear Bra, piping etc. Well, I hope they washed those areas! My friend had a clear bra put on her Camry at another dealer the week before and they washed her entire vehicle prior to application. so I assumed that Wilsonville would do the same. Anyway, I was a little shocked when I picked iup my unwashed RAV. I would have gone to the car wash before taking it in if I would have known it would not be washed all over prior to installation. Well, I definitely will not be back to Wilsonville for service since I am use to getting better service at the other nearby Toyota Dealer One other thing, it took 45 min to get my loaner vehicle and I was told it took 15 minutes when the appointment was booked. So, I was late for work. More

Ron Owens introduced us to Greg McMillin, the one and only person we dealt with. No closers, no finance managers. Greg was extremely helpful and fun to work with. No pressure to buy. Once we decided to buy he didn't hand us off to someone else. He handled all the paper work and when everything was finished up he gave us a very thorough introduction to the cars' electronics, etc. He even synced up by phone with the cars bluetooth. We had some extras added and he even offered to deliver the car to our house. Way above & beyond. More

Questionable check in, excellent check out Checked in with someone else(who will be unnamed), he didn't seem very friendly and appeared rather annoyed with me.
