Having purchased our '07 Scion from Wilsonville Toyota and remembering what a great experience it was, we knew we wanted to go back and get this car from them as well. From the moment we arrived on the lot we knew we'd made the right choice. With none of the usual used car salesman pressure, Joey Ferranti found out what it was we were looking for and helped us find exactly the car we wanted. Because the car had just been returned to the lot and hadn't even had a chance to be washed yet, nor had it been evaluated and used car certified, we left the car at the dealership for a few days until service could be completed. When it was Joey drove the car the 30 plus miles to our home to drop it off so we didn't have to go all the way back to pick it up. As if that wasn't enough, Joey noticed once it was washed that there was a minor ding on the back bumper. When he delivered it, he immediatly made arrangements with us to come pick the car back up the following week and take it in to get the ding repaired for free. Having that kind of work offered on a vehicle that was already delivered and sitting in my driveway is unheard of. Having him come pick it back up, ensure it was repaired and then delivering it again all to prevent us from experiencing any kind of inconvenience is what ensures that every car we buy will be bought at Wilsonville Toyota. More

Stephan Krepps is the Man I had been to several dealerships but for some reason, they didn't "click" with me. Since I wanted my husband to check out the PriusV, we decided to I had been to several dealerships but for some reason, they didn't "click" with me. Since I wanted my husband to check out the PriusV, we decided to drive to Wilsonville Toyota. I kept seeing their commercials on TV so I was well aware of them. I checked them out on-line and their reviews were fantastic. Richard Stephan Krepps was our sales person. My husband is not the most friendly with car salesmen and absolutely hates car buying. Stephan had a way with him that mellowed my husband out and basically "sealed the deal". We chose our car and traded in both of our cars. Stephan made the process smooth and as painless as possible. I believe that one day, Stephan will help run Wilsonville Toyota and that's no bull. More

Completely ignored Bought a used 2014 Scion XD from Wilsonville, Jason Thompson was our sales person. All was pretty much easy until the end and after. Jason gave us his word that he'd get back to us within a couple days of the sale regarding the 2nd Key he promised us, Surprisingly we didn't get a call after 5 days of the sale (the deadline to return a purchase) and had to call in ourselves. Jason again over the phone promised to resolve the situation and get back to us the next day, 3 days later and no call, so we called in, spoke with Boyce who told us to come in and they'd cut the key for us right there (hmmm why didn't that just happen the day we bought the car?) and top off our tank. Drove 30 miles back to Wilsonville on our day off, only to find that the key we needed wasn't ordered, we sat there for over 2hrs while this got resolved, wasted an entire day off for this. Josh Von Ruden, Jay Serhan and Chris Evans were extremely helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience. Left with the plan to come back later in the week to get things sorted, drove off the lot and not 5 miles down the road my electric window control panel collapsed into the door! So back we went. Again Josh, Jay and Chris were helpful and apologetic, we have to go back in once all the parts are there to make the repair. Overall I'd say we had an ok experience. Would I recommend Wilsonville Toyota/Scion to friends, family or strangers? maybe, I for sure would not recommend Jason as a sales person. We strongly feel that once the sale was made, that was it, we didn't exist, not even enough for Jason to return a call or follow up on his word, have to say for having a motto of no Bull, that was a lot of BS!
