Wonderful Purchase Experience We love the staff at Wilsonville Toyota, everyone was very helpful. We especially loved Rochelle, our Salesperson. Rochelle was accurate with her information and did not put any pressure on us to purchase additional accessories, etc. My only 2 other comments are that we felt as though the car could have been washed before we picked it up on the day of delivery. It was very dusty. Please, Please change the way EVERY document - sent at a later time (paper and electronic) includes both buyers names. I see that as a huge problem, it does not feel good to have both of us sign all of the papers at time of purchase, knowing that both of us are using our hard earned money and jointly researched what vehicle to buy - only to have all of the follow up "paperwork" address only one of us - in this case....the man! Very frustrating. More

I hadn't called initially to complain, I just received a call from Wilsonville Toyota about my experience and I told them about it. The manager comped a car detail and asked that I give them another chance. It went off without a hitch! They did an excellent job with both my first oil change and the detail, and so I will return to this dealership. More
