This is the first time I just walked in without a specific vehicle already picked out. I explained to Mark that I was vacillating between a new or used car, and he started me with a couple of newer used cars that where just great. In fact, my wife and I fell in love with the second car on sight. I love the fact that they listen, and don't start with the most expensive car on the lot. Instead, Mark showed us cars based on our expressed desires, and we quickly found what we needed. Every contact I have had with these folks have been positive, and I will continue to make them my first (and so far only) stop when I need a vehicle. More
What an exciting, enjoyable and joyful experience!! Well I came into the showroom from another state, knowing what I wanted as far as the particular Toyota model and was not changing my mind. I Took friends that have purchased and sent others to purchase at the Wilsonville dealership because I didn't want any BS. My guy Greg was delightful, knowledgeable and laughed at our funny stories. He made me feel comfortable and I felt he truly cared about putting me in the perfect vehicle and BTW it was the one I dreamed of in every way. I decided on Leasing primarily because he was able to keep my payments right where I was comfortable, the interest rate at the time was amazing compared to purchasing used. I truly believe this decision was the best for me and my lifestyle, so did my friends, so much so they are making plans to Lease a touring car by Toyota, in the very near future, with Greg of course. In all actuality, everyone at this particular dealership (Wilsonville) was professional yet fun and made the entire experience a true delight. THANKS EVERYONE AT WILSONVILLE TOYOTA !! Worth the trip. I traveled 4 hours from Washington because Wilsonville was getting a black Tundra Trd Pro. Paul answered my phone call and even though other dealers said they do not give discounts on the pro he quoted me a price ridiculously under what others had them listed for. I honestly thought there was some mistake and once I got to the dealership the price would change but it didn't. Soon after, salesmean Jay Serhan, a veteran, began to contact me over the phone and via text to check in and keep me updated on the expected arrival of my truck. The day finally came and I made the trip with my family. Upon my arrival Jay Serhan greeted us outside the dealership. It was his scheduled day off. Jay had my truck ready to go and it looked awesome, better than I expected. Jay offered my 2 young kids juice boxes and snacks and they headed for the private kids play room which includes a really cool arcade game, all free of charge. Jay and I drove the truck as he explained all of the options and how things worked. We breezed through the paperwork and the entire deal the only person I dealt with was Jay Serhan. No manager, no finance guy, just Jay. I felt as if I got a really good deal on a rare hard to find vehicle. Since the dealership only gets a couple of these a year they could have jacked up the price and I would have bought it anyway, but Wilsonville didn't, they discounted the truck. Since my purchase Jay has contacted me to make sure everything is going good. If you don't want to haggle, and you want a good deal, yes even better than what Costco offers, I definitely recommend Wilsonville Toyota and I definitely suggest you call Jay Serhan. More
Easy reservation at a time that suited me Service staff were pleasant and gave me a quick run down of the service that was to be done on my 15,000 mile service. Gave me an estimate of the time it would take to do it. Asked if I wanted the car washed and vaccumed which I agreed to.. Car was ready in the time they stated when I arrived.. There was no pressure - we just took the truck out for a drive and then he worked up the pricing. When I told him that I needed to think about it, he didn't try to pressure me. When I called the next day to say I wanted to purchase the truck, the deal didn't change and we closed pretty quickly. My only complaints is that there is still a lot of paperwork - it would be nice if it was all ready in one spot. I also wasn't crazy about when the extras showed up (e.g. extended warranty, paint protection, etc.) If there are extra charges I'd rather see them early. Even on the add on items Jason was excellent. He went through and noted the items that I didn't need, explained the others and didn't pressure me to get any of it. More

Disappointed I am a long term Toyota owner. I have purchased a new Tundra 2011, new Prius 2009, new Prius 2005 and a used Corolla for my son. My purchasing exper I am a long term Toyota owner. I have purchased a new Tundra 2011, new Prius 2009, new Prius 2005 and a used Corolla for my son. My purchasing experiences have been generally positive. Alan Worrest at Wilsonville Toyota/Scion was pleasant and attentive if not pushy regarding up $6,500 additional charges for useless insurance for virtually everything outside of the Toyota warrantee. I went to Wilsonville Toyota to look at a new Hybrid Avalon XLE Premium which was offered at a very fair price. After driving it, I drove a Prius Four and I realized that I preferred the new generation Prius Four as I have been very satisfied with my 2005 Prius. Sadly, I was unprepared for the local market. I trusted Wilsonville's "no bull" bottom line price. After the purchase, I drove home and I discovered two things: 1) Broadway Toyota offered the same vehicle for $1,600 less ($24,233 vs. what I paid, $25,837) and 2) the OEM tires (Bridgestone Ecopia EP20) on the new Prius Four have a much lower DOT rating than the new Costco Bridgestone Ecopia P422Plus that I purchased for my 2005 Prius for $318 (EP 20: 380, traction-B, temp-B vs P422plus 640, traction-A, temp-A). I wondered why the new Prius Four seemed to steer less precisely than my old Prius until I started looking at the tires on the two vehicles. Sour grapes or buyer's remorse? I do not think so. I am just used to Toyota taking better care of me around a new auto purchase. More

Last service check we were told we needed new tires. Had them checked at a tire shop and we were told they were good. Katie said the tires apparently checked out fine this week. Glad I didn't spend hundreds of dollars before I really need to. More
