Wanted to purchase a 2017 Highlander Limited We visited the dealership twice while pursuing the purchase of the new Highlander. On our first visit Saturday July 8, 2017 we met Luis and he showed We visited the dealership twice while pursuing the purchase of the new Highlander. On our first visit Saturday July 8, 2017 we met Luis and he showed us the vehicle that we were interested in. Luis was very helpful and knowledgeable. On our initial visit, we were not yet ready to test drive or make any purchase. On Tuesday July 11,2017, we returned to the dealership and at time we wanted to do a test drive and see what kind of pricing we were looking at. We were greeted by Colin and he proficiently worked with us to answer our questions and assisted us with a test drive. Colin too was very knowledgeable about the product and very professional with us in all ways. We enjoyed out time with Colin and took the sales offer home to give it consideration. In the next couple of days we decide to see what other dealerships would offer us in comparison to the "No Bull" price that was offered to us from Wilsonville Toyota. Long story short we had multiple other dealerships offer a better equipped Limited (4 additional accessories) at a price approx. 2,000.00 less than the Wilsonville Toyota dealer's price quote we had received. Here is the reason your dealership lost the sale. We preferred to shop locally which would have been Wilsonville Toyota, so we called Wilsonville Toyota and spoke with Luis, and asked if they wanted to match the offer we had. Luis said he would check with his management and let us know shortly. Luis called about 10 minutes later and said his management was not willing to lower their price. Hence, the low Bull Price was not competitive and this led to the loss of the sale. Colin and Luis were both fine gentlemen and pleasure to work with. Sorry it did not work out.
