All good except dealing with Sales Manager on trade-in I love the Toyota product line, I believe they sell themselves. My sales associate was wonderful, but the sales manager had lots of Bull! After 5 hours, we had enough of all the wrong info on 2 cars that we could take. No bull (happened), one sales person (try 3), one price (oops, forgot to update that too), no hassle (not even close). 0 for 4. Going somewhere else. More

While buying a car, anyone who's done it once knows that it's not a quick experience, it took a few hours, but he was very patient, understanding, didn't try to rush anything, and, in fact, was happy to turn me away if I wanted to take more time to put a bigger down payment on it. Hard to find a salesman you can joke around with, and still do business, but he was that guy. The dealership, I've had issues with, but more their service in the past, but this salesman was very helpful, and I was happy to have him. More

No bull turned out to be all bull. We came to your dealership to buy a truck. Since the purchase was through my company I made arrangements to reserve my truck. It was my first buying experience and all I heard from peers before going in was about how long it takes and how you have to deal with so many people It was my first buying experience and all I heard from peers before going in was about how long it takes and how you have to deal with so many people and that financing is always a struggle but I only dealt with Alex and she has been more than great. I was in and out of the dealership in just over 2 hours, financing was easy and they did the best they could to get me the best deals on everything. Alex also made all the terms very clear and understood before I signed for anything. Even after the purchase she has answered questions for me being my first purchase I had a lot.
