JSP is the Face of the Dealership to Me John Scott greeted us when we arrived, took us for a drive, handled the purchase and all the paper work. Our new highlander has a lot of new technology on it and John has been more than willing to help us utilize all the features the car has to offer. The entire process took only about an hour. John was the only person we dealt with the entire time. I believe I paid an appropriate price for the vehicle I bought. I don't believe I got the lowest price if I had spent more time looking other places, in state and out, which I have done before. More

Inflated oil change prices in new year Greatly disappointed Today I brought my Lexus 2015 IS 350 in for an oil change. For the last year I have enjoyed bringing my vehicle in for this s Greatly disappointed Today I brought my Lexus 2015 IS 350 in for an oil change. For the last year I have enjoyed bringing my vehicle in for this service because of the convince to my home and great prices, which would run about $69. When dropping of my vehicle today they quoted me a price of $129, a jacked-up price because my vehicle was a Lexus apparently. Same oil, same filter, but now the price was doubled. They simple said this a “management decision”. I am greatly disappointed, and as I called other Toyota dealerships the the price was still the same as I would have expected, not $129. Sadly, you have lost my business moving forward as a cost of $129 for an oil change (even synthetic) is absolutely robbery. Sincerely, from a lost customer More

Great Experience I have been back and forth on buying a new/used car for over a year now. I worked with Colin the 1st time I came in and drove a used 4runner but was a I have been back and forth on buying a new/used car for over a year now. I worked with Colin the 1st time I came in and drove a used 4runner but was also interested in Tundra. We let him know up don’t we were not buying anything today and he was stayed right by our side, answers all of our questions and wasn’t in a hurry to move us along. Over he next several months our family experienced many changes that made our vehicle choice change a few times. Colin emailed me every so often if something came in on our price range that he thought I might like. No annoying harassment, low pressure just enough to let us know he was still thinking about us. I came in a few times to look at something to figure out if it would work for us (kicking tires so to speak) but he was was never too busy to answer my questions. Life settled down, we finally had a game plan and this past weekend we decided we wanted a brand new 4runner. I called Colin and let him know we were heading in and what we were looking for. He grabbed some keys and had some vehicles ready to look at when we got there. We found excatly what we wanted and started the paperwork. The had the truck cleaned and polished and the paperwork finished while we grabbed some lunch. Came back signed and went through the systems and out the door 30 minutes later. This was the best experience I’ve had buying a new vehicle. I highly recommend Wilsonville Toyota..ask for Colin! More
