Amy Remsing is a pleasure to work with! Amy Remsing took the time to educate us on Wilsonville Toyota as my wife and I had not visited that site before. During the tour, Amy asked us questions regarding what type of vehicle we were looking for and for what purpose we would be using it for. Amy then took us directly to a couple of vehicles that she thought would meet our needs. We test drove both of them and decided on the Rav4 Adventure. We arrived at the dealership at 4:30pm on a Sunday afternoon, and were in the middle of the lease paperwork around 9:00pm when a question came up regarding the wheels and tires on our vehicle versus another vehicle with bigger, knobby tires. Amy was willing to make a straight trade for the knobby tires and wheels. When we expressed a desire to drive the other vehicle, she did not hesitate to have someone pull that vehicle out of the showroom and takes us on a test drive! The knobby tires increased the road noise and decreased the handling such that we decided to keep the original wheels and tires. Amy and her manager, Josh, were pleasant the entire time and stayed until 10:30pm on a Sunday night in order to complete the entire process.
