My wife and I were interested in the RAV4, and he helped me look at different models and was able to answer any questions that I had. We landed on a great RAV4, and we have so enjoyed the car thus far. A 0 stars is more accurate. I have worked in sales my entire adult life, and I have never experienced such poor customer service and care. The lack of follow-through and complete I have worked in sales my entire adult life, and I have never experienced such poor customer service and care. The lack of follow-through and complete disregard for professionalism is appalling. Even when the dealership manager reached out to assist me nothing changed. I would not recommend to anyone! More
