We didn’t have to speak to multiple people, which is common & frustrating at other dealerships. Scott knew the details of the redesigned RAV4 and took the time to go over them with us in the vehicle before we left. I subsequently spoke to several employees and they were all friendly & helpful. It’s always a longer process than you would like, but Wilsonville Toyota tries to make ot as smooth as possible. There is a nice waiting area with drinks and snacks. The overall vibe is more relaxed than other dealerships, you don’t feel the pressure that you do other places More

Also, the sales manager, Josh, was very helpful in explaining and keeping me updated on the financing process. All around was a very “chill” experience! If you’re interested in a new Toyota, definitely ask for Izzy when you get there!! PS Kevin in Parts and Sevastian in service were very patient with my questions and kept me updated and well informed while my car was in the shop. Wilsonville Toyota was the ONLY place where I have found this to be true. When I decided to stop by Bailey was waiting for us with the car we were looking for and was super helpful. There was no pressure or sleazy tactics. Even though it’s not the most convenient dealership for me in NW Portland I will be making the drive down south anytime I buy a car. Purchase Comments–2017 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid with Zach Nygaard Stopped by this dealership last week to just see what type of selections Toyota has compared to Subaru, as my Jeep was terminal….so just browsing with Stopped by this dealership last week to just see what type of selections Toyota has compared to Subaru, as my Jeep was terminal….so just browsing with no intent to buy anything. Was greeted by Zach Nygaard and he explained the options, including Hybrids…which struck a chord. Don’t like the Prius, but liked the other hybrid selections that I was not aware of, including the RAV4 Hybrid line. Asked if any on the lot and a search came up dry….except for a unit that was traded in and not inspected or approved. I liked Zach’s personal approach to answering my questions and felt that he was a straight shooter. Actually walked the lot to look at the vehicle and was pleasantly surprised with the RAV4 hybrid model. The vehicle was not clean and tires looked tired, but had potential…so we took a test drive. Since I was really just in the browsing mode, I decided to just ask about the cost and all the particulars…..since all that seemed reasonable, decided to also ask about financing, warranty, etc. Based on Zach’s pleasing demeanor and overall good vibes, I decided to pursue Toyota’s financing with Zach’s help in working with Mike Lissman to meet competitive rates that were available to me through my own resources. Since I felt that this was a pretty good deal, checked out other offerings online to verify. To my amazement, we closed the deal late that evening after not having any intention of purchasing a car when I started out. Zach indicated that he would call me when the vehicle was certified and ready for pickup and final paperwork. He called me within a couple of days and indicated that they decided to put all new tires on the car due to borderline replacement wear.…..super!....and called when it was completed and ready. Upon picking up the car, Zach showed me how the Toyota dealer certification and detailing turned out…..the car looked “brand new”! Terrific job, and far exceeded my expectations. Zach was also very personable in walking me through all the operating variables on my new car, which was very reassuring and a great way to kick off new ownership. If you read this and are looking for a vehicle at Wilsonville Toyota, ask for Zach Nygaard and avoid any disappointments! 5 Star Seervice!!! More
