He was super knowledgeable about his vehicles and we never had the feeling of any pressure. He took us on test drives of a couple vehicles and went over what he thought were the strengths of each vehicle based on what we told him we were looking for that day. After my wife and I had gone back and forth we settled on a 2019 Rav4 Limited. Steven was professional, courteous and extremely efficient and informative with the purchasing process.
