Upon arrival, we were quickly linked up with a sales person, Zachary Nygaard. He brought the car around that we were interested in. He showed us some of the features of the vehicle and then let us go for a test-drive. Following that, we sat down with Zach and went through all the paperwork, which he explained thoroughly. He went over the extra options available for purchase, such as a maintenance package, explained them well but with absolutely no pressure to purchase.
