I went in to the Wilsonville dealership with my son-in-law with the intent on buying my husband a truck. My son-in-law lives in Portland and had heard great things about their “no bull” policy. He did most of the inquiry about the truck on line and via email. We made the decision on the truck and I filled out the credit app on line. Once at the dealership we were given to Troy, who’s first impression was friendly and knowledgeable. There was truly no “Bull”. He answered our questions and addressed our concerns. One of which was a discrepancy about the price given to us during our inquiry and then at the dealership. Troy walked us thru this and secured a compromise on the price. We purchased the truck and while waiting for the paper work I asked him about trading in my Hylander and leasing a new 2019 to lower my payment. I live in Florence Or. Troy worked with me over the next few days via email and text to secure the car I wanted . Once again he was patient in addressing my questions and misunderstandings about the contract. He went above and beyond in traveling to Bend to secure the color of Hylander I wanted. It was the least stressful car buying experience I have had. I highly recommend this dealership and Troy to anyone looking for an honest No Bulls deal. More

Steven went above and beyond I worked with Steven Bailey to get a leased car for me and my 10-month-old baby early this week. I needed a lot of help as I hadn't driven for over four years. I didn't even have an auto insurance at the time of signing the papers. Steven went above and beyond in assisting me to get everything done right, from delivering my vehicle to my address after work to helping me get an auto insurance from scratch by talking to the insurance agent over the phone for a long time and answering all my questions with great patience as I was clueless about the business. Toward the end, he even helped me by holding my baby when I was signing the papers, for by this time my baby had become very fussy and cranky due to the long tedious session of getting my insurance in place and the paperwork done. When everything was set and done, it was already very late into the evening before he could go home to his pregnant wife.
