Amazing Results! My process with getting a new van started in February (now it’s August) with Royal Moore. They kept promising me that the van was on the way. After 5 months I gave up and tried another dealership, they only wanted to sell me what was on the lot. Finally I contacted Wilsonville and was connected to Autumn. She asked exactly what I wanted and found it in 2 days. She drove up to Hillsboro to fill out paperwork, then drove back to Wilsonville to meet with another customer. Later she secured A trade with another dealership 700 miles away and trailered it back. The next day she hand delivered the van to our house in Hillsboro. She will go the extra miles or 1400 if needed to get you EXACTLY what you want! Also she respected that I work night shift and only contacted me through email as per my request.
