I am pleased with the whole philosophy of Wilsonville Toyota. I had done some research and knew I wanted a Toyota Hybrid and Chris Wallace helped me to identify my own priorities in a car. I was able to test drive a few cars, identify ride and features I was looking for and then Chris helped me to find the car with the best incentives that best suited my needs. I felt like I had a car agent, like a real estate agent. After I left the first day, he went to work looking for cars and incentives for me. We checked in with each other throughout the week and I came back the next week and he did exactly what he said he would. He is a true professional. He was competent, knew his product line, understood features, financing and focus on me the consumer. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and this was by far my best experience. No pressure, just advocacy. Good job Chris and Wilsonville Toyota! More

I bought my car at Wilsonville Toyota and have had it serviced regularly for six years. After recently taking it in for a slow leak in a tire and learning that I would need to take it else where for a r serviced regularly for six years. After recently taking it in for a slow leak in a tire and learning that I would need to take it else where for a repair or get new tires (all reasonable conclusions), the service department returned it without pumping up the tire! Now that's bull. Also, in the many months of the pandemic, the service bay still isn't set up procedurally or physically to keep customers and staff safe. I would suggest going elsewhere until the management team makes some changes. I reached out to the general manager twice with no response. More

Thomas Pope recently helped me buy a Tacoma. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was very conscious of our time spent at the dealership and picked up my vehicle a couple hundred miles away knowledgeable and easy to work with.
