I spoke with Mindi, who was VERY helpful and answered all of my questions in a concise and sufficient manner. She told me that a sales rep would be in touch the next day. Sure enough, I received a call from Steven Bailey the next morning. We then began working through the steps in order for me to purchase a used Tacoma. It was easier than I could have imagined. Steven was on it all day and flexible with my short time frame. I advised Steven that if he could get me a quote via email with all of the information I needed that I would fly up the next day from California to come pick up the vehicle. Steven made it happen and with no xxxxxxxx. He was straight forward and addressed all of my needs, questions, and concerns. The next morning I showed up and looked at the truck, signed the paperwork, and within an hour I was driving back to California. Like I said, it was easier than I could have imagined.
