Our salesperson was new and, to her credit, did a very good job with us. Rather than making up answers to our questions when she didn’t know, she told us she didn’t know and then checked with others to ge good job with us. Honestly, I might have been able to get a better price at another dealership, but my reason for choosing Wilsonville Toyota was because they’re a no haggle dealership. I had no desire to haggle because I don’t enjoy that process. I was disappointed in the trade-in value on my old car. Their offer was only 25% of the Kelly Blue Book value. I was expecting closer to 50% and told them as much, but that’s apparently also part of the no haggle bit as well. Fortunately I was able to sell my car privately at a much better price. More

There was very little down time for validating information with management to the point where it felt like we were essentially only working with Tyson which is the objective Wilsonville strives for.
