They know why we are disappointed; so very disappointed. A basic, small, thing that took two weeks to potentially get done and had to then do the leg work ourselves between their parts and service departmen A basic, small, thing that took two weeks to potentially get done and had to then do the leg work ourselves between their parts and service department; even though our sales guy said they would call us to schedule an appoint once the part (key) came in. Now, off of principle, we decided to pay a different dealership to complete what was supposed to be free with the truck we purchased from Wilsonville. We had such high hopes and expectations for this place. More
