Bottom line, during our interactions with Wilsonville Toyota regarding a service issue only 2 weeks after we bought the car, we maintenance contract. Roger didn't try to up-sell me on a car I didn't need or try to convince me to go past my budget in any way. He even took the time to wander around the whole lot to help me find a car that was a good fit for me. Once I had decided that it was the car for me Roger made all the paperwork super easy to deal with. He laid out all of the options I had for warranties, maintenance packages, etc. and then didn't try to push me into any of them when I wanted to pass on them. Overall, Robert is a friendly, helpful, and accommodating sales person who makes the "No Bull" slogan live up to its name.
