Personable, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It helped that WILSONVILLE Toyota had both of the exact cars we were looking for. Smooth and easy experience…just what I was looking for. The list is too long to describe the short comings of this dealership… I’m not one to complain at all about anything but this place is beyond anything I’ve ever seen in customer service…. I dealt with ma this dealership… I’m not one to complain at all about anything but this place is beyond anything I’ve ever seen in customer service…. I dealt with many people ….. one person stuck out as a “ 10” his name is Reilly :) awesome guy works in Toyota “ care” otherwise I’m very upset with my buying experience and the damage that was done to my car while receiving northwest protection package…. 4 rear seats missed and back end completely missed on ceramic sealing ( during process deep gouge on my mirror and fender ) …..still have to paint a fender myself ( eating all costs) because I do not trust the resources of sublet services this dealership hires…..had mirror cover replaced due to deep scratch during clear bra installation …. Only having that fixed because it’s a replacement not refinished…… if I have it repainted it will come back more damage so I gotta eat this sadly$$$$$:(…… At first service guy very nice but blew me off twice when picking up my car just setting keys down and saying he can’t talk to me…… Also the car did not come with safe keys for gun safe accessories in armrest….My salesperson took days to get back to me saying she doesn’t know anything about keys which I researched and the Tundras come with safe keys …..So if you buy a car from this dealership it’s my opinion that you are automatically labeled as a nuisance and not cared for at all !!!!…. I laugh at this dealerships slogan “ no bull”. How about “no love for customers”. I’ve bought at least 12-15 cars new my entire life and enjoyed every experience!!! EVERY SINGLE ONE!!! But this is an absolute nightmare I’m so upset I’m just walking away from it all and going to get my car serviced at another dealership…… it’s not worth the stress level at this point but I still will pursue my keys being missing from the safe accessory…. I have no idea why I even wrote this because I guarantee the owner of this dealership does not care!!! I will always advise people away from buying from this dealership !!! Very sad stuff More

Nolan Thran kept in contact with me regarding information about inventory for vehicles coming into the dealership. When the car I wanted was on the production list, he gave me timing information to be ready about inventory for vehicles coming into the dealership. When the car I wanted was on the production list, he gave me timing information to be ready for the vehicle. He called and texted me immediately so that I could get to the dealership to secure a vehicle. Overall, Nolan was informed, and easy to work with. More
This dealership advertises NO BULL! I have never had so much BULL thrown at me from one dealership in my life... Tried to purchase a Highlander Hybrid. After a horrible experience where I have never had so much BULL thrown at me from one dealership in my life... Tried to purchase a Highlander Hybrid. After a horrible experience where they made promises about deliveries and pushed us hard to put a deposit on a vehicle that hadn't event started to be built, we decided to put that aside, blaming it on the car market. We decided to purchase the next available higher level Highlander that had at least started the build cycle. Once we got there on this one, the NO BULL pricing went out the window. 1) We were told by a manager on the 1st vehicle that they usually sell a few hundred below invoice. That was no the case on this one. Not that big of a deal, but we are talking about NO BULL! 2) We were told the price would be MSRP on this one, which we were OK with. It still wasn't what we were told before, but not a big deal. 3) Warranties and extra coverage. They try to up-sale you at this point. I am OK with this. I refused it and moved along. 4) Trade in: The usual low ball offer from car dealerships. I had a better offer somewhere else. No problem here... 5) The final straw: You cannot purchase the vehicle from them without purchasing a $1500+ (I think it was $1700, but can't remember the exact amount) "Protection" Package. If you cannot purchase the vehicle at the agreed upon price, then it is NOT NO BULL pricing. Summary: 1st vehicle: Pressured into putting a deposit, took longer than told, was not informed of any delays or manufacturing start as promised and never told about any mandatory unneeded "protection" packages. 2nd Vehicle: Was quoted MSRP, which was OK, was told I cannot actually purchase the vehicle at the AGREED UPON PRICE because of a mandatory added "protection package". Didn't the FTC just pass rules against this??? More
