No "Love" at this Location Unfortunately the sugary sweet/can-do telephone customer service is not what I got when I went into the Wilsonville location for service. This was my second visit and so far they are 2 for 2. Saturday, after waiting 4 months I finally got some sort of lamp recall issue repaired/replaced. I called the week before to ask if they could also run a transmission diagnostic on the engine because I found a letter which authorized me to submit reimbursement for any transmission repairs I'd incurred. I thought WAIT TRANSMISSION!!! What is goin on with the 2016 Cross Trek? First a recall then TRANSMISSION issues. I thanked Janell for assuring me they could also assess my transmission so that I can drive around a new city with peace of mind. Only to bring the car in Saturday and have Jarrod/service deny the request and tell me they could do a diagnostic for $150. Jarrod even walked over to another counter to ask if there was 'time to check the transmission today'. I'm not sure if I would have said yes to paying the $150 they would have had “time” or what. Of course NO they did not have time but they'll drive it and check it. Just how diagnostic is that Subaru? I just know I have a vehicle which is not quite 3yrs old and I now have to pay out of pocket for issues Subaru has self identified. Unacceptable! I know the service department is in the business of making money, but should I be expected to pay for a Safe Reliable Subaru Manufacturing Mess? When any customer calls with a question, just set the CORRECT expectation. If the young lady didn't know if there was a charge, it’s reasonable for me to expect her to place me on hold to verify. I am escalating to Subaru America because Nora was kind enough to address my concern when I stopped her as she passed through the lobby. She escalated to a manger at that location to have him look into this and call me back…As of today crickets. Suffice it to say this is my first and last Subaru. I bought it because of it’s safety/quality track record and service excellence. I don’t want to struggle and fight about these kinds of things. Am I driving a ticking time bomb? BEWARE of any business who has ALL perfect scores. More

Derrick Flaherty was fantastic! I have two recalls on my car and I had two different appointments canceled on me. I definitely recommend going in person because everyone there was much more helpful than on the phone. More
Not helpful So, in reading reviews it appears if you just drive in there without an appointment, or arrive late they will help you. No help. Well, they can book you 3 weeks from now. Or you can go to another dealership. I've been taking my car here since I bought it with pretty good service. But when your car is less than 2 years old and has a check engine light come on...and you can't get help, that is crap. Now I'm calling around trying to find another dealership and am worried about driving my car in the meantime. Thanks for the great customer service. More

Out of town and saved! I was visiting family in the area with time sensitive deadlines as well as heading for a rafting trip when the check engine light came on in our 2015 I was visiting family in the area with time sensitive deadlines as well as heading for a rafting trip when the check engine light came on in our 2015 Outback. Fortunately Wilson Suburu was only a few miles from me at the time, but even more fortuitous was the Outstanding service by Derrick Flaherty and the service team.Though they were booked solid with other vehicles to be serviced, Derrick got my car in right away and got a part coming from a Portland and I was out the door fixed in a matter of a few hours and at a cost far less than I would have expected!! The waiting area was very well appointed with coffee, reading material, and a cafe if you wanted a sandwich etc. Definitely a top score of 5 for a survey, and a big Thank you to boot!! More

There’s been times I’ve had to get some work done on my car and has always made sure I had a loaner if I needed it. Great service with wilsonvile subaru and friendly staff ! My best dealer experience! I've mainly gone to independent shops in the past since I've had not so good experiences with most dealers. I will say that Rachael O'connor completely changed how I look at getting my car fixed. She really made me feel welcome and comfortable with getting my car serviced. She even made a timeline of what repairs should be fixed now and what can wait. Plus having a cafe on site was pretty great for some artisanal coffee . Very professional atmosphere and very nice staff. I will recommend Rachael to all my Subaru friends as well as Wilsonville Subaru! Thanks again Rachael!! More

Service Advisor was courteous, efficient and very helpful in minimizing my wait and in arranging a loaner car with no hassle. Wonderful customer service. Went extra mile to arrange for me to pick up car after shop closed. Took my wifes Forester in for oil change. Got an express appointment on short notice. Their inspection noted a headlight and brakelight burned out and they replaced both the bad ones as well as the other-side good bulbs for just the cost of the bulbs. They also washed the exterior and cleaned the interior, and got it done an hour earlier than promised. Great customer service from Service Advisor! More
