Made an appointment for oil change and recall for 10. Came in a little early but was told there were other cars ahead of us even though we had an appt. Hummm. I was quoted a 2 hour wait on the phone but ended up waiting 4 1/2 hours. Please get more comfortable furniture for those of us of a certain age. A loaner was out of the question as we live to far away. More
Left stranded at Subaru I took my Forester in last week to get an oil change and I scheduled it at 7:30am because I needed to be on my way to school by at least 10:30. When I called to schedule my appointment, they also said that I a few recalls that needed to get checked but because they didn't have any open appointments we'd have to wait until February (which was fine). At 8 as they were working on the oil change, they said they had the parts in stock to fix the recall and that it would only take another hour and a half, he tried talking me into waiting. I didn't want to be late to school so they'd set me up with a loaner car. I said that was fine and so they started fixing the recall right away. When the worker got my drivers license and car insurance info, he ran into a problem: I wasn't able to get a loaner car because I'm still under 21. I then asked the worker to go tell them to stop working on my car because I didn't want to risk waiting another hour and a half and possibly being late to school. Supposedly, the worker started on it right away and couldn't stop. The workers looked at me as if them not knowing their own loaner policy was my fault. He offered to shuttle me somewhere which was no help at all because I have an hour long commute to school. When figuring out what to do, a relative I was talking to offered to pick me up from the dealership but since the workers offered the shuttle, I said it was fine and that I would get dropped off. It wasn't until after that the worker told me the shuttle wasn't currently at the dealership and that I needed to wait until it was back. He assured me that they only shuttle 10 miles away and that he should be back quick. I waited 45 minutes for a 5 minute drive (and a 27 minute walk). About two hours later when I finally got to school, I get a call from the dealership. I thought they were going to tell me my car was ready, but no. The worker said when they were putting my seat back after fixing the recall, they scratched the inside part of the passenger door. I said earlier that the worker tried talking me into staying and waiting for them to fix the recall. If I stayed, I would've been late. The next day when I went to pick up my car sure enough I was expected to pay full price for a the oil change and I barely got an apology out of the guy. You guys seriously don't understand customer service and made my day crappy right when it started. I don't care that Wilsonville Subaru is a 5 minute drive from my house, I'll take my car to get serviced elsewhere. More
I got my oil changed here and had a wonderful experience. Holly was amazing and so Kind! Definitely will be back for future business whether that be a Sevice or buying experience. Service department I visited on 1/7/20 with my father who had an oil change for his Subaru Legacy. Holly was great, but the rest of the experience was lacking. We had an appt and we still waited 1 hr and 50 minutes for an oil change (granted, we were 30 min early) When I visit PointS in Canby, they change my oil, rotate my tires, vacuum and wash the car and give me an extensive safety check and I am in and out in under 60 minutes. The wifi never worked. When I asked at the cafe, he said it is "spotty" The bathroom didn't smell clean. I am a happy customer, my husband and I bought a 2020 Forester from Barney in Nov 2019 and the parts department has always been helpful, but the service department just seems lacking. Recall warranty work performed I brought in my wife’s Subaru Crosstrek for some recall work. Rachel and their staff were friendly and accommodating including giving me a ride home a I brought in my wife’s Subaru Crosstrek for some recall work. Rachel and their staff were friendly and accommodating including giving me a ride home and picking me up when the vehicle was finished. Three recalls were dealt with and had the car back the same day. I don’t remember the drivers name who gave me a lift but he was great also. More

Rachael is the best service advisor I have ever worked with and I work with many on a daily basis. So lucky to have her.! She always makes sure my vehicles are done in a timely manner and her communicatio with and I work with many on a daily basis. So lucky to have her.! She always makes sure my vehicles are done in a timely manner and her communication is impeccable.! I bring all of my Subaru's here because I am always taken care of. This facility is beautiful, clean and everyone is professional and friendly. 11/10 recommended for all your Subaru needs. Their parts team also provides excellent knowledge and urgency, I enjoy working with this dealership a great deal. More
