After the "Check Engine" light came on, I took my Outback XT to Wilsonville Subaru for an inspection. I'd purchased the car 8 weeks earlier and had driven it only 700 miles. Unfortunately, the repairs needed XT to Wilsonville Subaru for an inspection. I'd purchased the car 8 weeks earlier and had driven it only 700 miles. Unfortunately, the repairs needed were so extensive that it needed to be towed home. Let the buyer beware! Exceptional help in understanding the mechanical issues and then getting the car towed was provided by Mackenzie Maundin in the Service Department and Sales Manager Alan Anderson. We purchased a 2018 Outback back in July/2021 and soon after noticed a small tear in the "faux" leather portion of the leather seats on the driver side. Upon internet research found it is a known common i after noticed a small tear in the "faux" leather portion of the leather seats on the driver side. Upon internet research found it is a known common issue after about 30k miles. Repeated calls to service with promises of return calls never got returned or issue resolved so we drove to dealership and dealt with Greg the new manager in person who immediately resolved the issue and ordered the seat replaced. He was empathetic and apologetic to our repeated issue of no return calls. He guaranteed he would call us back within 2 hours and he did. He advised of us prompt delivery of the seat replacement. Once it came in he called and scheduled us in to have it swapped out and provided us with a temp vehicle while work was being completed. It was all resolved within 1 week with no cost to us and we now have a brand new seat!! Greg is the best!!! thank you thank you thank you More

I am giving Quin Wiltshire an excellent rating, but not so much for the over-all service department. My main issue is with the recommendations. 2 of the 4 recommendations have been completed at this deal so much for the over-all service department. My main issue is with the recommendations. 2 of the 4 recommendations have been completed at this dealership in the past 11K miles, but they were recommended again. I'm not sure if they "fall off" the list, or someone didn't really check, but it would make me question whether any of the recommendations are valid. More
