Service department I visited on 1/7/20 with my father who had an oil change for his Subaru Legacy. Holly was great, but the rest of the experience was lacking. The w I visited on 1/7/20 with my father who had an oil change for his Subaru Legacy. Holly was great, but the rest of the experience was lacking. The wait time was too long. We had an appt and we still waited 1 hr and 50 minutes for an oil change (granted, we were 30 min early) When I visit PointS in Canby, they change my oil, rotate my tires, vacuum and wash the car and give me an extensive safety check and I am in and out in under 60 minutes. The wifi never worked. When I asked at the cafe, he said it is "spotty" The bathroom didn't smell clean. I am a happy customer, my husband and I bought a 2020 Forester from Barney in Nov 2019 and the parts department has always been helpful, but the service department just seems lacking.
