I'm super happy to say that Wilsonville Subaru's "No Bull" approach took nearly all of the tension out of the process - you know what's available and at one price when you go in there, and there's actually none of the games that other dealerships make you play. No haggling, no gotchas, no nonsense. It's a beautiful thing. Holly Hill was an absolutely fantastic person to work with. I came in relatively unfamiliar with Subaru's lease structure and process, and by the end I felt not only fully confident in my understanding, but also that I was making the right choices throughout. She was able to answer every question I had expertly, as well as always figuring out how to reframe her explanations when I wasn't quite following into something that made sense to me. Most importantly, it was really obvious that she was there to help me find the right vehicle at a price that worked for me. Not once did I feel like she was even remotely capable of pressuring me into a decision I'd regret in the interest of profit. It was awesome to work with a real human being who presented herself as such in a sales context. The most remarkable part is that I was really left with the impression that Holly's personal character matched the ethos of the dealership as a whole. At Wilsonville Subaru, they really seem to know that if you feel cared for, if you believe that you can actually trust them, and if you leave happy, it'll come back to them in the long run. I'm a small business owner myself, and that's exactly how I and my staff operate: we know that even if we're not constantly maximizing profit on the micro scale, as long as we're always doing our best to help folks and working with heart, in the long run the good we do for our community will come back around to us. It was really wonderful to work with a company that seemed to match my own standards - in the auto industry no less! The bottom line is that I literally don't believe I could have had a better experience getting my new Subaru. I was honestly blown away. Holly was absolutely amazing and after my experience with her yesterday, I will absolutely recommend Wilsonville Subaru to all of my friends and family! More
