The process of getting a car (in my case leasing) was easy, painless, and enjoyable. It is a beautiful dealership with a very friendly and easy-going staff. I especially enjoyed working with and getting to know Kevin Speer. He's an extremely easy-going and respectful Guest Advocate. He has your best interest in mind, never pushing you to do anything for his interest. He always just wants what is best for you and your lifestyle. When I initially came in, I thought I wanted a smaller model, but through talking to him I was able to determine that the Outback was the best model for my lifestyle, and I am extremely grateful that we were able to figure that out together. His advice was well-taken, being that his comments were always in my best interest. After the process, I was left with a sense that I would be a repeat-buyer because their process was so much better than other dealerships I have been to. Coming back for Service appointments is great, because it's such a comfortable atmosphere. It was 3 and a half years ago that I first walked through their doors, and now I'm back in the process of purchasing a second vehicle, and it's just as great as ever. More

Made everything easy and comfortable James was wonderful to work with. My husband and I went into the dealership knowing what we were looking for after scheduling an appointment via email James was wonderful to work with. My husband and I went into the dealership knowing what we were looking for after scheduling an appointment via email with Casey Dempsey. James greeted us and took us over to the vehicle(s) we were interested in looking at. We found the model we liked but not the color. James looked it up and saw they did have it in the color we wanted but he had to go get it. 15 minutes later we were test driving the Model we wanted, the Trim we wanted, and with the color (both interior and exterior) we were looking for. There was no pressure to buy the car, the price was not hidden but instead was posted right were you could see (including the current discount). There was no haggling or arguing over prices. My husband and I looked up the price online to make sure it was a fair deal and it was. We sat down and got the car we wanted the same day with 0% for 63 months and no payments for 90 days. James was kind enough to stay 2.5 hours after they technically closed to complete all the paperwork including the financing so we could get it that day. We were purchasing a vehicle during the Covid-19 pandemic and they were great about bringing us a car to test drive as well as all the paperwork to trade in our old car, buy, the new one etc. In the end we ended up with a great price on exactly the car we wanted. Best of all it was by far the easiest and most simple car buying experience I’ve had. More
