Like the car, like the brand, struggle with the dealership. The service manager, Rick Fernandez, is terrific. Holly Hill did a good job. But store-wide, over the course of an hour-long visit, we saw not one single member of the staff wearing a face mask. During a pandemic, with the county still on the highest level of safety protocols. (Rick did have one around his neck, and made an obvious effort to stand back during our conversation.) Most of our time in the store was sitting across a desk, sharing ink pens - and definitely within six feet. It is extremely discourteous to force a customer to ask the employees to observe basic safety measures. And if it HAS gotten far enough that a customer must ask employees to employ social distancing and face masks, it is over the top to get an eye roll from the notary (Tanaya Canal). We expect better of the Subaru brand. This has to be a message being sent by management for it to be so pervasive. It does not convey the Subaru brand message of consideration for others: "The Subaru Love Promise is our vision to show love and respect to all people at every interaction with Subaru. Together with our retailers, we are dedicated to making the world a better place." Really, Wilsonville? You can do better. More
This is my second time buying from Wilsonville Subaru and both experiences exceeded my expectations. Brad got me a rate lower than the one I walked in with but he didn't stop working the bank. Even though he exceeded my expectations he further worked the bank for an additional tier bump. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and flexible to our needs! He took extra care with us and outlined cost projections between getting a lift and new tires/wheels on our exisitng outback against upgrading to a new Outback. We ended up upgraded and couldn't be happy with our new toy! We will be using Wilsonville Subaru for all of our future car needs and look forward to working with them again in the future! More

Thomas’ knowledge of these vehicles was impeccable. We went from just looking to going through the different vehicles to see which Subaru we were going to get. Thomas was so helpful, patient , joyful And knowledgeable! He went above and beyond even making sure we get the color we liked. Our experience from hello to enjoy your Forrester was relaxing and we left knowing we picked the right vehicle! He walked us through this vehicle to inform us. It was so helpful. Our daughter is wanting one and we not only know that we will be going back to Wilsonville Subaru but we will be working with Thomas Tyson again! More

I am so meticulous I am the guy dealers hate cause I go over everything with a fine tooth comb. Wilsonville Subaru has built a dealership that’s so comfortable and warm. During the pandemic they’ve gone to extensive lengths to make sure they’re customers and employees are protected. Well done Andrew and Wilsonville Subaru. You gained customers for life. Hopefully next time we purchase won’t be during a pandemic and your kid room can be open. I rated Andrew a 5 star due to his poise and kind personality. He earned especially from a customer as picky as me. Wilsonville Subaru I rated a 4 star because I didn’t get to experience the whole facility and I believe there is always room for improvement. The vehicle we purchased was a trade in and it had not been to detail or the service shop. They said it would be close to a week before it was ready for us to take delivery. If you have a customer making a purchase push that vehicle to the front and get it to them ASAP. More
