Oh, I looked at a new Subaru on the floor multiple times waiting two hours for my oil change, I would walk around it, finally , after my fifth look, I walked up to the counter, and asked the fella how many waiting two hours for my oil change, I would walk around it, finally , after my fifth look, I walked up to the counter, and asked the fella how many sales folk they had, he gave me some number, I asked if he knew how many had come to help me, nope. As soon as you walk into Wilsonville Subaru you're blown away. Spacious (which is an understatement). The indoor "mall" with dozens upon dozens of squeaky clean cars is really impressive. Let me start by saying this is the third Subaru we have had... by choice, trading in for different models or features. As the end of our maintenance agreement approached the thought of checking out a lease had... by choice, trading in for different models or features. As the end of our maintenance agreement approached the thought of checking out a lease option was worth checking into! Our salesperson, Daniel Rameriz was on it! He was very knowledgeable on all of the models and features and asked if we wanted to trade up to an Outback Touring model. What's a touring Model, I asked... he explained in detail the differences between a regular Outback (which we loved) and a Touring model. Daniel and his manager were very honest and actually gave us a really great trade-in price. Done deal!!! I have to say that we were so impressed with his knowledge and the trade-in value that we received that the decision was really easy. Done deal!!! The Lease option was the way to go this time, due to our health we could not imagine not having Wilsonville Subaru take care of all our maintenance needs. Now we can rest easy that we will continue to have reliable transportation through our golden years... so if you want to be treated fairly and honestly, give Daniel Rameriz & Wilsonville Subaru a call, or better yet, go in and meet him in person! My husband and I have been coming to Wilsonville Subaru for a few years now, first for his Subie and later on for mine after being converted by him. We live along the Coast so the dealership is a bit out o for a few years now, first for his Subie and later on for mine after being converted by him. We live along the Coast so the dealership is a bit out of the way, especially now with a baby but we both agree, it’s always worth the trip. We always get such exceptional service and honestly feel like family at this point. My husband even jokes about working there in his free time. Most recently, we decided to upgrade my Outback to an Ascent for the extra room and had the best experience from start to finish. I first reached out with interest via email and was called within 5 minutes by Sarah, ready to walk me through what that would look like and when she could make it happen on our schedule. She followed up our call sending me all the inventory onsite along with prices and no hidden surprises. She scheduled our appointment-being flexible with the time as I had mentioned our baby and even sent text reminders the day before which was a bonus! We arrived to the dealership the day of our appointment and we’re greeted by Dan. Dan was great about checking us in and ended up helping us throughout the entire process! Dan was transparent with me the entire time and even had my best interest in mind when I expressed all my wants and needs. He was patient as I fed my baby, changed a few diapers and even when putting her down for a nap. The process was long but Dan kept a great energy and conversation flowing, walked us through all that he was doing (even when he had to step away) and most importantly, found me the perfect Ascent for our family and even got me a better deal than what I was paying with my Outback! He went out of his way to find the right Ascent for me, as they did not have it onsite and eventually left to pick up my car and deliver it right to me! It was a longer day (the dealership was busy and we had a little one that needed attention and breaks) but was honestly the most seamless and enjoyable experience! Granted, every visit of ours is so it wasn’t much of a surprise! To top everything off of on our adventurous car shopping day… Dan even did behind the scenes work of setting up my car and app from the dealership while we made the trek home! We are super grateful for our most recent visit to Wilsonville Subaru and look forward to our service visits in the future! More

Ask for Thomas Tolonen! We knew what we wanted, asked for a particular model and package and called over the phone. Thomas said "yes, we have that!" and here's the quote. I was very skeptical because I've called all over Oregon and couldn't believe the price that Thomas had quoted. It was that less! We made an appointment, (mind you, we are over 2 hours away from the dealership). I was expecting puffing on the quote but nope, the deal he quoted WAS THE DEAL WE GOT! When Wilsonville Subaru says, "NO BULL", they mean it! I can't speak for everyone's experience, but mine was outstanding! Thanks Thomas!!!! More

Not only did Karen know the cars inside and out, (seriously, she was able to handle some random questions) but she knew how to make me feel heard. She listened to what I wanted and found the best possible options for me. She even ran multiple scenarios so that I could make the most informed decision. She truly cares about what you want and what you can afford and works with you to get there. She’s a superstar salesperson who understand human connection and interaction. You’d be lucky to buy a car from her. And no, I am not related to her. :) My overall experience at Wilsonville was also a positive one, but Karen sold the place. Holly Hill, the sales manager, also gave me top dollar for my trade in (2016 Crosstrek). If you aren’t buying from Wilsonville, you are missing out. Take the extra time and drive out there. The showroom and building amenities are fantastic! More
