It was joyful and we laughed a lot as we worked together. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Flo: knowledgeable, kind, courteous, patient, understanding, and all-round amazing. I got the perfect car because of him. I wanted some accessories added to the car and that brought me in contact with Chris and Seth. Again, two more incredibly knowledgeable gentlemen. AMAZING is the only word that comes to mind about my experience with James Salon at Wilsonville Subaru!! I’ve never in my life had such an amazing experience at a dealership!!! I normally hate dealerships but the service that I received at Wilsonville with James has completely changed my opinion! James was the only person I dealt with from beginning to end! He was so genuine when I was explaining what I wanted!! I went in thinking I was going to leave with a 2020 Legacy Sport.... he sold me on a brand new trade that came in... 2019 Crosstrek! Because he took the time to listen and ask questions I’ve found the car of my dreams!!! Not only that, but I had went into the dealership 2 years prior and talked with the general manager. Explained to him my situation, had recently wrecked my Subaru. Fast forward to now, he still remembered me! He remembered that I was an ambassador, and even the year make model and color of my car! Wilsonville Subaru is the best!! More
