Exactly what we were looking for, they have fixed prices-"No Bull, No Haggle" (which are what you would pay private party on KBB), all their cars are Certified Preowned-extended 7yr/100k mile powertrain warranty (which you can't get private party), and you deal with ONE PERSON from the time you walk in until you drive away. The price on the window is the price you pay and it is the lowest I've seen in the state and extremely fair. Plus you don't get handed to a finance guy or anyone else. We walked in to meet James and he was the only one we dealt with the entire time. Super low finance-1.99% on a used car through Subaru! No pressure at all and never assumed anything or talked at one spouse over the other. Trust me, the 4 hour drive north is absolutely worth it. Will be buying any future Subarus from Wilsonville. Jordan B in Service was very helpful, understanding, We had purchased a Subaru with an extended warranty that we found out only covered used parts. He kept working with our extended warranty claims adjust had purchased a Subaru with an extended warranty that we found out only covered used parts. He kept working with our extended warranty claims adjuster to make sure we received payment for Subaru parts and not what the extended warranty people wanted to pay. He kept us informed on the progress. He was clear on what was our responsibility and what was to be covered under our extended warranty.
